Cooking pancakes: easy and tasty

I remember what delicious and airy pancakes my grandmother baked in childhood. Perhaps it was thanks to them that I was not a thin child. Well, okay, this is not about that. Cooking pancakes, tender, airy, became my weakness, my love. And today I want to tell you about how you can really cook delicious pancakes on your own. Below are recipes that I personally tried.

Cooking pancakes, method N1

Some believe that the pancake stove is only on Shrovetide. Because the holiday, seeing off winter, Pancake week. It seems that the one who just lazy bake pancakes more often thinks so. But if you suddenly want to treat yourself and your relatives with delicious pancakes, then hardly anything will stop you. I offer you a recipe for making pancakes in milk. Actually, that could be simpler.

Take two eggs, half a bag of milk (i.e. 0.5 l), a glass of flour, a pinch of soda and salt, a tablespoon of sugar.

Preparation: Remove eggs and milk from the refrigerator in advance so that they warm to room temperature. Beat the eggs with a whisk with salt and sugar. If you do not want the pancakes to be sweet, do not add sugar. After this, gradually introduce the flour and mix well so that there are no lumps. If there is time, then the flour should be sifted through a sieve, in this case the pancakes will be baked especially tender and soft. The pancake dough should be such that it easily spreads over the pan.

Now add the baking soda, three tablespoons of vegetable oil, mix everything well. Oil, of course, can be poured directly into the pan, but better in pancakes - it will be faster. Before pouring the dough into a pan, heat it well.

Using a spoon, pour a small amount of dough into the pan and let it spread evenly. Fry the pancakes until a brown crust appears on each side. After removing from the pan, grease the prepared pancakes with butter. So they will be even tastier.

Cooking pancakes, method N2

And now let's try to cook pancakes on kefir. To do this, we need products such as:

two eggs,

three hundred grams of flour

three tablespoons of vegetable oil,

half a teaspoon of soda, sugar and salt.

Preparation: pour kefir into the pan. Beat the eggs before adding them to the kefir. Mix everything well, put on fire and heat slightly, but just do not bring to a boil. Add flour to warm yogurt, which is best sifted through a sieve. Knead the dough to the consistency of sour cream.

Take a glass of boiled water, pour soda into it and stir. Enter the resulting mixture into the dough. Also in the dough you need to add vegetable oil. Do not start pancakes immediately, wait until the dough is infused for an hour.

The best way to make pancakes is in a cast-iron pan. But if you do not have it, then, of course, any will do. When the pan warms up, pour the right amount of dough on it, evenly distribute it on the bottom and bake on both sides.

Cooking pancakes, an unusual way

If you decide to cook pancakes in a bottle, then significantly speed up the process. Plus, save yourself the trouble of washing dishes. I called this method of cooking pancakes unusual, because the one who invented it was really an extraordinary person.

Take two eggs, ten tablespoons of flour, three tablespoons of sugar, the same amount of vegetable oil, six hundred grams of milk, half a teaspoon of salt.

Preparation: take a plastic bottle. Use a funnel to pour sugar, salt, flour into it, and pour eggs, vegetable oil, and milk. Spin the bottle and shake vigorously. This is necessary so that all the ingredients are mixed well.

Heat the pan and pour the right amount of dough onto it directly from the bottle. That's all, the pancakes are ready! There is no dirty dishes, and you still have a lot of free time that you can spend to good use.
