Often people put boiled sausage in salads with a meat component. And it kills all the taste! Saving is understandable and close to the majority of the population, but why spoil your holiday with "table" dishes? After all, if you cook from high-quality and tasty ingredients and skillfully combine them, then the dish will cost you not so expensive. For example, a salad with ham and cheese and pineapples with a sufficiently large volume will not so much βtightenβ financially, because there are other components.
Unusual salad with crackers
It is folded in layers, each of which should be greasyly greased with mayonnaise. Lettuce leaves torn or cut into long stripes are laid out at the very bottom. On them are laid the sticks of a third of a kilogram of good ham. Next come the cubes of canned pineapple (a small jar is enough). Two hundred grams of cheese bar is rubbed on them coarsely. And in the end, just before serving, a salad with ham and cheese and pineapple is sprinkled with medium-sized crackers. You can buy a bag (cheese flavor is best suited), or you can dry it yourself.
Pineapples, Tomatoes, Ham
You get a dish with a very elegant taste. Large tomato, pineapple rings (400-gram jar) and the same amount of ham are cut into cubes of the same size. Two-thirds of the cans of olives are cut into rings (large ones into three parts, small ones can be simply cut in half, only across). A gram of a hundred cheese is finely rubbed. All components are gently mixed, a jar of corn is added to the salad with ham and cheese and pineapples, the dish is flavored with two slices of finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper, seasoned with mayonnaise. Then you can put it in a salad bowl, or you can form portioned βtowersβ ββon plates in a special ring and decorate them with cheese, herbs and olives.
Ham and pineapple salad with apples
Much more complex than the previous ones! Three potatoes and four eggs are cooked, a large apple is peeled, we rub it all together with a piece of cheese in different bowls. Five rings of pineapple and a third of a kilogram of ham are crumbled into small strips. The onion is chopped, boiled with boiling water and filtered. Now we need to collect this wonderful salad with ham and cheese and pineapple, and on an oval dish, so that it looks like the shape of our exotic fruit:
- potatoes sprinkled with pepper and coated with mayonnaise;
- salted onions;
- ham - and again mayonnaise;
- apples
- pepper eggs (top with mayonnaise);
- pineapples.
And repeat all these layers in the same sequence. Salad is sprinkled with cheese on top, carefully covered with a deep bowl or film and put in the refrigerator for overnight soaking.
Tenderness Salad
There are innumerable recipes with this name. This is understandable: it is difficult to call the tenderness of flavoring shades another word. We chose the one that seemed most appropriate to the name. A piece of cheese is taken for him, rubbed coarsely. A quarter kilogram of ham is cut with a short straw. Two fresh cucumbers are peeled and crumbled with small blocks - not too thick to mix evenly with the rest of the ingredients. A can of pickled champignons is divided into unequal parts: a large one is chopped with a proportionate straw, a smaller one is left for decoration. At the end of the preparatory work, the salad itself is formed: ham, cheese, champignons and cucumbers are combined, peppered, and if necessary, seasoned and seasoned with mayonnaise mixed with finely chopped greens. Stand in the cold dish should be at least an hour. And when served, it is decorated with thin lemon circles, set aside by mushrooms and herbs.
It should be noted that the tenderness salad recipe with ham allows you to supplement the dish with boiled eggs or take wild mushrooms instead of champignons. The taste, naturally, will turn out different, but no less gentle.
