Singer Yusif Eyvazov was born in May 1977. Originally an artist from Algeria. He is an Honored Artist of Azerbaijan. Married to the opera diva Anna Netrebko and brings up the son of Anna Tiago. An opera singer often performs on the stage of the famous La Scala.
Artist's childhood
The future opera singer was born in Algeria. Almost immediately after the birth of Yusif, the family moved to the city of Baku. Yusif’s father did not cherish a soul in his son, so he believed that the choice of his future should remain directly with the child. In his youth, Yusif did not show much interest in music. After graduation, he enters the Azerbaijan Technical University at the Faculty of Metallurgy. But just a year later, the young man was transferred to the Baku Academy of Music, having discovered good vocal abilities. However, Yusif did not finish this educational institution either. The reason for this was the move to Milan in 1998.
Carier start
Yusif Eyvazov moved to Italy at the age of 20. At first he had a rather difficult time, since living in the country was quite expensive, and the young man did not want to fully rely on the help of his parents. To pay for his studies at the conservatory, Eyvazov found various ways to earn extra money. In 2005, Yusif Eyvazov began to take part in opera performances of small Italian theaters. According to the opera singer himself, the tour of Moscow, which took place in 2010, became the point of no return. The deafening success overtook the young man after the performance of the party of Cavaradossi in Giacomo Puccini's opera Tosca on the stage of the Bolshoi Theater.
Resounding success
After a performance in Moscow, Eyvazov goes only to the most prestigious scenes of the world, such as:
- Grand Opera in Paris.
- Vienna Opera in Austria.
- "La Scala" in Milan.
Eyvazov even spoke to Pope Benedict XVI in the Vatican. In 2013, Yusif performs the aria of the Othello Moor on the stage of the Dante Alighieri Theater as part of the International Opera Festival. In 2015, she successfully performs in the opera The Clownes, created by composer Ruggiero Leoncavallo. In the same year he performed the part in the play “Turandot”.
In 2017, Yusif Eyvazov, together with his wife Anna Netrebko in La Scala, played the role in the Umberto Giordano opera Andrea Chenier.
In the fall of 2018, the couple plans to give a joint concert on the stage of the Bolshoi Theater in Moscow. Soloists will present a specially prepared new program called Verdi Gala, which consists of arias from the Italian repertoire of opera singers. In addition to Anna Netrebko and Yusif Eyvazov, the famous American singer Dolora Zadzhik and the People's Artist of Azerbaijan, soloist of the Bolshoi Theater Elchin Azizov, will appear on the stage of the Bolshoi Theater.
Personal life
Until a certain moment, the opera singer carefully concealed his private life. Few people know that Eyvazov had already been married once, since the opera singer did not particularly spread about his first wife. However, it is known that at 30 he married the singer Adele Ferrari, who at that time was already 70 years old. However, the couple divorced, since Yusif Eyvazov met Anna Netrebko, an equally famous opera singer. Acquaintance of the artists took place in 2014 while working on the opera Giacomo Puccini's “Manon Lesko”. Anna Netrebko and Yusif Eyvazov say that they immediately began to sympathize with each other: at his first meeting, she had about 3 weeks of working together. The artists continued to communicate after the premiere.
