Filet preparation. Before you start cooking our dish, you must first wash the chicken. If you have a whole breast with bone and skin, then you need to carefully separate the bone and remove the skin. Then cut the fillet into thin layers. After this, the meat needs to be beaten off from two sides. When beating, sprinkle each side with spices. So that the cleaning process requires less effort, the fillet on top can be covered with cling film or a bag. Your pieces should be thin, but at the same time try not to have gaps, otherwise the filling will leak out. Put the chopped fillet in a bowl and cover with a lid so that the meat is slightly marinated. Set the bowl aside.

Do not leave chicken rolls in the oven, because after turning it off it cools for a long time, and the remaining heat will dry your creation. It is better to cover the form with a lid or foil.
