Beef No. 1 Goulash Recipe

In order to cook beef goulash, we will need the following ingredients: beef, carrots, onions, seasonings, ketchup, a tablespoon of flour.

Cooking method:

Cut the meat into small pieces. We put them in a cast-iron frying pan and begin to fry over low heat. In this case, it is desirable that the pan was deeper. Add seasoning to the meat. Finely chop the onions and carrots and add to the meat.

Then put a tablespoon of ketchup and a spoonful of flour. Add a little water there, and if there is a decoction of potatoes. Stew for 30 minutes.

Beef Goulash Recipe No. 2

Ingredients: 1 kg of beef (brisket), melted lard - a tablespoon, 3 onion heads, 3 tablespoons of tomato paste, half a tablespoon of flour, 12 peas of black pepper, bay leaf, salt to taste, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, meat broth.

Cooking method:

Rinse the beef, remove large films and cut into small cubes. Put the meat in a pan and fry in melted lard. Cut the onion and after frying the meat, pour it into the pan. Add flour there, and after a couple of minutes tomato paste. Put everything in a pan and pour the broth so that it covers the meat. Put salt, pepper and bay leaf, cover and simmer on the stove, or better in the oven for about an hour. 10 minutes before this time add sour cream to the pan. Goulash with boiled potatoes is best served.

Beef Goulash Recipe No. 3

Ingredients: 1 kg of beef, carrot, 3 cloves of garlic, bell pepper, 2 onions, a tablespoon of flour, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, a tablespoon of butter, about 70 grams of tomato puree, bay leaf, parsley, dill, salt, pepper.

Cooking method:

Rinse the meat and cut into small cubes. Salt, pepper, leave for 12 minutes.

Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a frying pan with high edges, put the meat there and fry until golden brown. Juice that remains from the meat is drained into a cup. Pour flour into the meat and mix. Peel and finely chop the carrots, onions, garlic and bell peppers. Put in a pan a tablespoon of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. After that, fry the onions in a pan, then add finely chopped bell pepper, carrots and garlic cloves crushed in the garlic. Put out a few minutes. Pour the broth into the pan. Put meat, tomato puree, bay leaf in a pan, pour hot water so that it covers the meat a little. Stir and simmer for about 30-45 minutes. After putting salt and finely chopped dill and parsley. You can serve with any side dish: pasta, boiled potatoes, buckwheat or rice.

Beef Goulash Recipe No. 4:

Ingredients: 1100 grams of beef, 5 medium-sized onions, vegetable oil - 50 ml, sour cream - a tablespoon, bell pepper, spices (pepper, mint, oregano), salt, herbs to taste, you can either fresh or dried, garlic - 2 cloves.

Cooking method:

We wash the meat, cut it into pieces and then let it dry. We clean the onions and cut into rings. We heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and put onions in it. Fry the onion lightly and add pieces of meat to it. Fry for about 20-25 minutes. We take a pot of 3 liters and half pour water into it, bring to a boil. About 20 minutes after roasting, put the meat in water and boil for 10 minutes. Then add salt, spices, bell pepper. After that, bring to readiness. A minute before this, add finely chopped greens.
