Chyakhan with chicken: description and methods of cooking

Oriental dishes, as a rule, have rather unusual names. Nevertheless, to prepare many of them, as practice shows, is not at all difficult. Take, for example, a chicken with a chicken. In fact, this is an analogue of the Uzbek pilaf. It is rice with vegetables, fried in soy sauce, to which poultry meat is also added by technology.   1. Boil rice. To do this, rinse the cereals, pour into a saucepan, pour water and put on fire. There is one subtlety. Some chefs add soy sauce immediately when cooking. So rice has time to soak better, and the dish turns out more flavorful. In this case, the sauce and water should be taken in a ratio of 2: 1.
  2. Chicken fillet arbitrarily cut into slices and put it in a pan.
  3. Add chopped onions, stir and simmer the products for a while over low heat.
  4. Cut the pepper into thin slices and zucchini into cubes.
  5. Add them to the pan and simmer until the vegetables are softer.
  6. Introduce soy sauce (if not added when cooking cereals).
  7. Combine rice with chicken and stewed vegetables. Fans can add some more sauce to their taste.
  8. Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds and mix.

The Chinese, in their own way, cook a chicken tahan, a recipe that is slightly different from the Japanese version. Here omelet is added to meat with rice and vegetables. It turns out a rather unusual combination. But the taste of such a dish is not inferior to its counterparts. For its preparation usually requires:

2 chicken fillets, a glass of rice, 4 grams of sugar, 1 sweet pepper, a pinch of salt, 2 eggs, a teaspoon of ginger root, a little ground pepper, 200 grams of green beans, 2 feathers of green onions and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.

The cooking process is extremely simple:

  1. First you need to rinse the rice well, and then transfer it to the pan and pour water. Moreover, the liquid should be a couple of centimeters above the cereal.
  2. Boil it on low heat for 7 minutes, and then remove the pan from the stove and let the rice stand under the lid for about another quarter of an hour.
  3. Cut the meat into small pieces and fry a little in a pan with a small amount of oil (preferably odorless).
  4. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper, and then transfer to a clean plate, where mix with chopped ginger and green onions.
  5. Fry the rice with beans and diced rice in the same pan for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Processed foods add to meat.
  7. Beat eggs with water (20 grams). Pour the resulting mass into a pan and warm it slightly, constantly stirring with a spatula.
  8. Here also shift the meat and rice with vegetables.
  9. Fry together for 3 minutes with added sugar and sauce.

The dish, as a rule, is still laid out hot on lettuce leaves or in separate portioned cups. Before serving, you can sprinkle it with chopped fresh herbs or fried sesame seeds. The result is simply an amazing chicken puffer. The recipe is good in that the rice does not stick together, but remains friable. Moreover, during processing it is slightly baked and acquires a pleasant yellowish color.

Simplified version

In order to learn how to cook chahan with vegetables and chicken, it is better to first take a minimal set of products. All other ingredients can be additionally introduced after it is possible to master the process itself. For a simplified version of a chahan you will need:

0.5 kg of rice 2 eggs, salt, 200 grams of chicken fillet, 2 pods of sweet bell pepper, 1 onion, 50-65 grams of vegetable oil, ground pepper, fresh herbs (dill, lettuce, parsley) and 3 teaspoons of soy sauce.

The whole process can be divided into several stages:

  1. First you need to rinse the rice well, and then cook it without adding salt for 7 minutes.
  2. Dice vegetables and meat. In this form, the products will retain their shape better after processing.
  3. Fry vegetables in oil until golden brown.
  4. Add the fillets to them and repeat the process.
  5. Beat eggs with water (1 tablespoon), and then fry the mixture separately in another pan. The mass must be constantly mixed with a spatula to make small lumps.
  6. Combine all products together and fry them for 3 minutes.

Serving such a dish is made on lettuce. It will look very impressive. Yes, and everyone will definitely appreciate the taste.

Vegetable festival

For residents of East Asian countries, the main product is rice. Tyahan is just one of many ways to make it. Lovers of vegetables can add to the recipe, in addition to meat, almost everything that they have in the refrigerator. For example, it is worth considering a very interesting option, which will require the following ingredients:

400 grams of rice 1 onion, 150 grams of chicken fillet, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 50 grams of green peas, canned corn and green beans, 2 cloves of garlic, 10 grams of sesame seeds, 1 pod of sweet pepper, 70 grams of vegetable oil, 50 grams of fresh ginger and 2 tablespoons of sesame oil.

The dish is being prepared in stages:

  1. First you need to do rice. To do this, rinse the cereals thoroughly, and then boil until half cooked for 6 minutes and strain.
  2. Dice the meat, slightly fried in oil.
  3. Add vegetables to it along with grated ginger and sesame oil. At the same time, it is better to crumble onions and peppers into cubes. Mix the products and fry together a couple of minutes.
  4. Introduce the sauce and simmer for no more than 3 minutes. If necessary, the dish can be slightly salted.
  5. Peas and corn are introduced at the very end.

The ready-made chahan before serving is usually decorated with sesame seeds and chopped greens.
