Cake. This sweet dish is an integral part of the festive table. Most often, cake is made from cakes (sand, puff or biscuit) and cream. As a filling or decoration, you can use fruits, berries and chocolate.

For its preparation you will need: 2 eggs, a jar of condensed milk, flour, soda, slaked with vinegar, three tablespoons of cocoa, 600 grams of sour cream, 50 grams of butter, 200 grams of sugar.
So, we begin to prepare a cake from Prague cakes. Mix the condensed milk, eggs, soda. Add the flour to the resulting mass. It should be a rather thick dough, as for fritters.
We divide the mass into two identical parts. In one of them we put two tablespoons of cocoa and mix well until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Two cakes (light and dark) are baked until cooked in a greased form. When they cool, cut them lengthwise into two parts.
This cake made of cakes involves the use of sour cream. He will give the dish an amazing tenderness. So, beat with a mixer sour cream with two tablespoons of sugar. We grease the cakes with the resulting cream abundantly, alternating them in color. Top the dish with icing, prepared as follows. Melt the butter in a bowl, mix it with one tablespoon of cocoa and the remaining sugar. The resulting mass is brought to a boil, and then cooled. Glaze thickens fairly quickly, so the cake is best covered while it is still warm. Before serving, the dish should be thoroughly soaked.
If you don’t have much time and the guests are almost on the doorstep, you can make a cake from ready-made biscuit cakes, for example, Pancho.
For this treat you need the following ingredients: ½ cans of condensed milk, half a glass of powdered sugar and as many walnuts, 250 grams of pineapple (canned), 700 grams of sour cream, half a bar of chocolate. Three sponge cakes can be purchased at the store.
Cooking
We spread one cake on a dish, and break the rest into small pieces and set aside. Cooking cream. Beat with a mixer sour cream, condensed milk and icing sugar. We cover the cake with a small amount of cream so that it is well saturated. Spread small pieces of pineapple and chopped nuts on top, but not all, but only half. After that, break the sliced cake into a sour cream and spread on a cake in such a way as to make a slide. Between the slices of biscuit we place the remaining nuts and pineapples. Pour cream on top of the cake and carefully coat the “slide” on all sides. Remove cake from cakes and fruits in the refrigerator for thirty minutes. At this time, we are preparing glaze. We melt the chocolate bar and in small tricks, with the help of a spoon, pour the cake on top to get a chaotic pattern. After this, the dish is sent again to the refrigerator so that it is completely saturated and acquires a delicate taste. The cake is served cold.
