In 2013, the detective series "Black Cats" was released, which captivated the audience not only with its interesting plot, and talented actors also had a great influence on the success of the film. "Black Cats" takes the viewer into the post-war gang years, and the action takes place in the scenery of Rostov-on-Don. On what trajectory does the plot develop and who plays the main roles in the detective?
The creators of the series. Short story
The plot of the detective series "Black Cats" focuses on the investigation of the robbery of a food warehouse in the city of Rostov-on-Don. The investigation is conducted by Major Yegor Dragun, who is sure that behind this whole “dark” story are not ordinary thieves, but rather serious criminals. Yegor Dragoon will have to use all his skill and quick wits to cope with banditry in his hometown.
The series, which was broadcast on Channel One, was liked by the viewer not only because good actors played in it. “Black Cats” is a series that was also directed by a good director. The project was carried out by Eugene Lavrentiev, who in 2011 worked on the very popular series "Amazon".
The script was written by Vladimir Semenov. He knows firsthand about criminal matters: from 1995 to 2013, the Semenovs shot many episodes for the documentary film Criminal Russia (the program was broadcast on NTV).
"Black Cats": actors and roles. Pavel Derevyanko in the role of head of the MSC
For the success of the film, in addition to the fascinating plot, it is important to attract the "right" performers to the project. Very good actors were invited to the series of Evgeny Lavrentiev.
"Black Cats" has become a kind of experiment for comedian Pavel Derevyanko. Shurik from the comedy “Love Me”, Vadik from the TV series “Plot”, Shurenberg from the movie “Hitler, Kaput!” and Lieutenant Rzhevsky from the film “Rzhevsky against Napoleon” - it is precisely these roles that the audience recognizes the actor. It’s impossible not to laugh at the characters played by Paul.
In the detective "Black Cats" Derevyanko suddenly offered a serious role. Of course, such a choice was fraught with risk. But, on the other hand, Pavel has already played in dramas and crime films - such as Ice Age with Alexander Abdulov, Shtrafbat with Alexei Serebryakov and Shadow Boxing with Denis Nikiforov. On the examples of many projects, the actor managed to prove that he looks equally convincing in both serious and comedy films.
In "Black Cats" Pavel Derevyanko got the role of the head of the department for combating banditry - Major Yegor Dragun, who is seriously going to confront the crime that is growing in the city. Together with colleagues from the military prosecutors, Yegor Petrovich begins to pursue numerous urban gangs.
Dragoon suspects that behind all the serious crimes committed in Rostov-on-Don, there is more to it than just crime. His suspicions are justified: in the final of the film it turns out that in the city, among other things, German saboteurs are operating.
Pavel Trubiner as MGB Colonel
The series "Black Cats", the actors and roles of which were so remembered by the audience, became for actor Pavel Trubiner another series in which he plays the role of a policeman. The artist often appears before the viewer in the guise of a military man or a representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs: in the TV series "Rook" Trubiner played major MVD Grachev, in the series "Death to Spies" - senior lieutenant Terekhov, in the series "Together Forever" - police major, etc. And in "Black Cats" Trubiner got the role of a colonel from the central apparatus of the MGB - Pavel Burov, who is sent to the city of Rostov-on-Don with a "special" mission.

In 2016, four premieres with the participation of the actor are expected at once. In two films, he will play the main roles. In the drama Fantasy of the White Nights, Pavel will appear in the frame with Elizabeth Boyarskaya, the film will be about the life of the Leningrad ballet dancers during the Cold War. And in the series "Second Vision" Trubiner will again play the role of a policeman - an investigator of the slaughter department Tikhonov.
Marina Konyashkina as a doctor Demidova
The actors of “Black Cats” are mainly stars of television films. One hundred percent serial actress is Marina Konyashkina.
Marina made her debut in the Belarusian military film "Deep Current", playing the main character - Hope. Then the actress began to act actively in the series: she can be seen in the detective film “Protection of Krasin 2”, in the comedy “Chamomile, Cactus, Daisy”, melodramas “Alexander” and “It does not get better”. In "Black Cats" Marina plays a doctor Daria Demidova.
Evgeny Sidikhin as Kuplenova
In the series "Black Cats", the actors playing the main characters are law enforcement officers and hunt for spies and thugs. A completely different role went to the famous Russian actor Evgeny Sidikhin - in the detective film he played the first secretary of the regional committee Prokhor Kuplenov.
Evgeny Sidikhin came to the cinema in 1989 at the age of 25. Prior to this, the actor fought in Afghanistan. Military trials sent by fate affected the future career of Sidikhin: throughout his life he starred mainly in military and criminal films, his heroes remarkably possessed weapons and were able to stand up for themselves. The reason why this role was assigned to the actor is obvious: he knew how to wear military uniform and uniform, knew for sure what a person experiences in a war - it doesn’t matter if he fights with bandits or mujahideen.
In the filmography of the actor, you can find such films as Russian Transit, Beyond the End, Operation Lucifer, Wolf Blood, Gangster Petersburg, and many others.
Olga Lomonosova in the role of secretary Antonova
Pavel Derevyanko and Evgeny Sidikhin are not the only actors known in the project. "Black Cats" is a tape that is included in the filmography of another popular actress - Olga Lomonosova.
The audience noticed Olga after the role of Kira in the long-playing series "Do not be born beautiful." The directors also noticed Lomonosov: she regularly received proposals to play a major role after this project. Olga plays the center characters in the series “Killer Whale”, “Masha”, “Indian Kingdom” and “45 Seconds”. In the film "Black Cats", the actress played the secretary of Prokhor Kuplyonov.
Other role performers
The actors of the series “Black Cats” are Yegor Barinov, who also played in Maryina Roscha and Fizruk, and Andrei Smirnov, who starred in the Moscow Saga and Belorussky Train Station.
In the series you can see Igor Savochkin (“Five Brides”, “Quiet Outpost”), Mikhail Khmurov (“Method Lavrova”), Alexei Komashko (“Method”, “Warrior”), stuntman Alexei Samokhvalov, Oleg Simonenko (“Light and Shadow” beacon ”), Alexander Suvorov (“ Legends of witching love ”,“ Sashka ”), Sergey Dengu (“ Marry Casanova ”,“ Department 44 ”), Pskov actor Viktor Stepanyan, Odessa actor Yegor Karelsky, Alexander Rudko (“ Share your happiness ” ), Seeds Treskunova ("The Phantom") and many others.
"Black Cats": actors and roles, reviews
On the kino-teatr website, according to a vote of 267 people, the series has a rating of 7.5 stars out of 10 possible. The same rating for the movie on kinopoisk. Thus, we can conclude that viewers are interested in watching what is happening on the screen.
As the main advantage of the picture, the audience notes the famously twisted plot. But it’s precisely this quality of the film that some viewers consider the lack of “Black Cats”: they say that the scriptwriters were too “wise” - you don’t understand what’s happening at the end of the film.
Someone managed to disengage and see Pavel Derevyanko in a new role. However, individual spectators could not disconnect from the actor's past roles and ironically accepted his acting experiment.
But in general, detective lovers were satisfied. Of the ten viewers, six respond positively to the film. And only some categorically do not recommend watching a “miserable parody” of the film “The meeting place cannot be changed,” which was combined with “Liquidation”. The final opinion about the detective "Black Cats" can be made only by looking at it personally.
