  • beef broth - 250 ml;
  • wine vinegar - 4 tablespoons;
  • pickled cucumbers - 400 grams;
  • cherry tomatoes - 500 grams;
  • eggs - 6 pieces;
  • mustard - 3 tablespoons;
  • spices to taste.

The dish is designed for 4 persons.

  1. Hard-boiled eggs. Cut into four pieces.
  2. Place celery in a pot of water and cook for 45 minutes with the lid closed.
  3. Boil potatoes.
