  • 160 g semolina;

Shuffle all of these ingredients and make sure that the dough does not stick to your hands. Leave to approach for twenty minutes, then divide into seven parts. For the filling, chop the dried apricots, chop the nuts and mix them with cinnamon. Lay the cakes in a form, sprinkle with all kinds of filling alternately, and also grease with jam. The last cake should be on top, it needs to be chopped with a fork. Place the cake in an oven preheated to 180 Β° C for an hour, chilled, pour glaze from chocolate, butter and cognac.
