Salads are an integral part of any feast and not only. They are always tasty and varied, you can cook them for any reason and just like that. An amazing feature is that they are created completely from any products. Let's make a Slavic salad in different variations.
Classic recipe
Initially, Slavic salad had a vegetarian composition, so let's cook it that way. We will need:
- canned beans - 200 g;
- carrots - one large piece;
- white bread - three slices;
- pickled or pickled cucumber - one large.
To prepare Slavic salad dressing, we need:
- sour cream 15% - three tablespoons;
- salt and a mixture of peppers - to your taste;
- mustard and lemon juice - Β½ teaspoon each.

Salad with Chicken and Nuts
This recipe for Slavic salad contains meat, so it will turn out to be more satisfying. So, we need:
- chicken - 300 g;
- any fresh mushrooms - 400 g;
- onions - one large head;
- eggs - five pieces;
- hard cheese - 150 g;
- mayonnaise - for dressing;
- walnuts - 100 g.
We prepare the Slavic salad as follows:
- Boil chicken and eggs, cut into medium cubes.
- Finely chop the onion and mushrooms.
- Grate the cheese.
- Chop the nuts, but not too finely.
- We take a plastic ring or a detachable form and lay out the salad in layers.
- The layers are alternated in the following order: chicken - mushrooms with onions - eggs - cheese - nuts. Grease each of them with mayonnaise, except the last.
Ham salad
For this version of Slavyansky salad, we need the following set of products:
- eggs - three pieces;
- potatoes - two medium pieces;
- pickled cucumber - two pieces;
- ham - 200 g;
- pickled mushrooms - 100 g;
- garlic - three cloves;
- mayonnaise - for dressing;
- fresh parsley and dill - at your discretion.
Cooking:
- Boil potatoes and eggs.
- Cut all the ingredients into small cubes.
- Pass the garlic through the press.
- Chop greens with a knife.
- Mix all foods and season with mayonnaise.

This option is ideal for winter get-togethers. It is rich in vitamins and easy to prepare. Need the following set of products:

- red onion - one large head;
- four eggs;
- hard cheese - 100 g;
- green peas - 200 g;
- salt and ground black pepper - to your taste;
- mayonnaise - for dressing.
Cooking method:
- Boil eggs, peel and rub on a coarse grater.
- Dice the onion into small cubes.
