Sandwiches with sprats - the appetizer is simple, unpretentious, but very tasty. It will come in handy for the guests to come if they come suddenly, and as one of the dishes on the table. These sandwiches are also suitable for everyday life, because they are prepared, although not instantly, but quickly and easily. In general, sprat is a generalized name for several species of small schooling fish of silver color. Sprat sandwiches evoke nostalgia for many, reminiscent of the Soviet period. Classic sprat and egg sandwiches
You will need: 6 slices of black bread, 2 boiled chicken eggs (quail, but in larger quantities, 6 pieces will also go), 350 g of sprats, a little butter and a bunch of green onions.
Pre-cooked eggs need to be cut into rings, sprats to be cut - to remove the head, skeleton and entrails. Divide each fish into 2 parts. Onions are finely chopped, bread is spread with a thin but not transparent layer of butter. After that, we proceed to the assembly of the sandwich. You can sprinkle the oil with onions, then put the sprats, and on it - egg rings. In the case of chicken eggs, it is enough to put one, and with quail, due to their small size, two halves can be placed on the sandwich.

Almost the same thing is taken: rye bread, sprats of spicy salting, boiled eggs, only onions are no longer green, but onions and cucumber is added. And bread is covered not just with butter, but with a specially prepared "spread." Let's start with her. About 30 g of butter, a spoonful of mustard and finely chopped dill are mixed and ground. Bread can be dried before making a sandwich, but not necessarily. The resulting mixture must be spread on it with a thin layer. Further, as always, onions, then cucumbers, sprats with their peels up, and egg circles on it. This recipe can be modified, for example, some replace onions with green, as in the first recipe.
Sandwiches with sprats in tomato sauce
Sandwiches with sprats in tomato have their own peculiarity - such canned food is softer, crumbles easily, so fish are not put in whole, but in pieces, on the sandwich. There are recipes where white bread is used instead of black bread - such a sprat goes well with it. Therefore, which bread to take in this recipe, you decide.
This recipe is not at all complicated. We will need 2 pieces of bread, the same amount of cheese, sliced, a jar of sprat in tomato sauce, 2-3 cherry tomatoes, 2 pickled cucumbers and greens to your taste. Slices of bread need to be dried or fried in a pan. Put cheese on each slice, and place sprat on it, cut tomatoes in halves and cucumbers in circles. Garnish with greens. The sandwich is ready!

This is again sandwiches with sprats and brown bread. You need to take 3 slices of it, best of all - rye-wheat. You will also need 9 kilos of spiced salting, butter, boiled egg yolk, cucumber, radish, as well as spices and herbs (salt, pepper, dill, half a teaspoon of mustard).
Slices of bread for sandwiches need to be cut diagonally to make triangles. Sprats as always cuts. Now you need to prepare the sauce, which will be applied to the bread. To do this, 40 g of butter is mixed with egg yolk, mustard, salt and pepper are added there. All this is mixed to a state of homogeneous mass. This light yellow mass should be thickly spread on sandwiches. 3 sprats rolled up in rolls are placed on it for each sandwich.
