It appeared many years ago in Southeast Asia. Here, rice with chicken was prepared since time immemorial with the addition of vegetables and various sweet and sour sauces. You can combine any kind of food with the main two ingredients, but corn is especially good with chicken and rice. It can be fresh, just cooked, or canned from a can. When cooking corn, do not forget to salt the water, as well as add a little oil. So the corn will turn out friable, tasty and perfect for preparing any conceived dishes.

To cook rice with chicken and corn, you need to take quality products. Most of the positive result will depend on this. Experienced housewives do not recommend using chicken breast for this recipe. It turns out to be rather dry, and to avoid this you will have to spend a lot of time marinating the meat. We choose fast cooking, but tasty result.

Preparatory stage

First you need to cook all the ingredients for a rice recipe with chicken legs in the oven. Rinse the shins well, dry a little with a kitchen towel or paper towels, rub with a mixture of seasonings (curry, Provence herbs, salt, dried basil, black ground pepper).

The baking dish does not need to be covered with a lid or foil. We put it in the oven in the open form for 45 minutes. Preparing rice with chicken and corn at a temperature of 180-190 degrees.
