- 200 grams of flour;

- a teaspoon of baking powder.

- First you need to sift the flour through a sieve.
- Next, you need to squeeze the cottage cheese through cheesecloth to get rid of all the liquid.
- 200 grams of cold oil must be wiped through a coarse grater.
- Then put it in one bowl with flour, mix and chop the resulting mixture with a knife.
- After this, the resulting dough must be kneaded with your fingers until crumbs.
- At the next stage, previously squeezed cottage cheese is added.
- Now all these ingredients must be kneaded with a mixer. Processing should be continued until a uniform consistency test is obtained.
- As soon as this procedure is completed, the resulting must be rolled up in a ball and, folded in a bag, put in the refrigerator for a period of 40 (at least) minutes to one hour.
- At this time, pineapple mugs must be dried from excess juice with kitchen paper towels.
- After that, each of them is divided into four equal slices, which must be placed on a cutting board and sprinkled with sugar.

- 150 grams of fresh pineapple. You can use canned, but not desirable.
- 30 grams of brown sugar.
- A bit of icing sugar to decorate the finished baked goods.
Cooking puffs
This sweet is perfect for breakfast with tea and cooks quickly enough. In general, you will spend a little more than half an hour. But for cooking, you will need to purchase a cupcake baking dish (if one is missing), otherwise the roses will fall apart at the very beginning of the baking. The recipe itself looks like this:
- Pineapple must be divided into small and very thin quarters so that they can bend.
- The layer of the finished puff pastry is divided into long strips, each of them sprinkled with brown sugar.
