There are many ways to cook pike in the oven. However, the most delicious is fish stuffed with vegetables and baked whole in foil.

To feed a delicious dinner to your whole family, it is recommended to purchase large and fresh fish. Pike should be washed, cleaned of scales, remove all the insides and fins. You can leave the fish head, or you can remove it. After this, you need to cook a special acidic marinade, which in the future should be completely coated with the main product. To do this, take a small but deep plate, squeeze 1/3 of the lemon there, chop three or four bay leaves, add salt, olive oil and red pepper. If desired, seasoning for baking fish can also be added to the sauce. The resulting marinade is required to completely coat the pike and set it aside for fifteen minutes.

Stuffing for fish can be made from any product. However, in this recipe we use only carrots, frozen green beans and onions. All ingredients should be washed and cleaned. Then the carrots need to be grated, and finely chop the onion and herbs with a knife.

Before sending fish to the oven for further baking, it should be stuffed with cooked vegetables. To do this, a whole pickled pike must be placed on the foil and maximally open the open belly. Then, covering the abdomen of the fish, it should be tightly wrapped with foil and put on a baking sheet. Such a dish is baked in the oven for about forty to fifty minutes. fish stuffed with vegetables is completely baked, it should be carefully removed from the foil and put whole on an oblong dish. Along the edges of the plate, it is desirable to nicely arrange the leaves of green salad, chopped cherry tomatoes, olives, cucumbers and fresh leeks. On top of the pike, you can optionally sprinkle with lemon juice or use some other sauce suitable for this dish.
