Cooking process:

Cooking process:

  • feta cheese or soft cheese - 150 g;
  • cherry tomatoes - 100 g;
  • olives - 120 g;
  • spices, herbs (to taste);
  • soy sauce, balsamic vinegar olive oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • salad (greens) - 1 pc.

Cooking process:

  1. Peel bell peppers from the core, wash the tomatoes, peel and peel the onions.
  2. Finely grate the cheese, cut the tomatoes into halves, pepper and onion in rings.
  3. Prepare a dressing for Greek salad from wine vinegar and soy sauce, then salt and pepper.
