Cook yourself and make the dough: sour cream and other goodies

It has long been known that sour cream in cooking is one of the most sought-after foods in the cooking process. Many experienced housewives successfully use it in home baking. Sour cream dough is made very quickly, besides it has softness, splendor and elasticity, it can take a variety of forms.

Sour cream is much cheaper than shopping easy to cook at home. To do this, you need to buy a pack of kefir with a percentage of fat content of 3.2 and put it overnight in the freezer. If you want pies, but don’t want to bother with yeast dough, this recipe will do:

Dough: sour cream (1/4 l), 200 g of softened margarine, about 16 tablespoons of flour and a pinch of salt. Knead the dough and place it in the refrigerator for about one hour. You can prepare the filling at this time. Try this: fry chopped onions in sunflower oil, add chopped cabbage. When the workpiece is ready, add a couple of chopped boiled eggs, salt, pepper and mix.

Form pies, grease them with a mixture of 1 yolk and sour cream. Bake at 200 degrees until cooked in the oven.

There are many cookie recipes, where the base is sour cream dough. Children like to make such cookies with their mother. The cooking process turns into an exciting event where you can usefully express your imagination. We offer the following recipe.

Dough: sour cream (5-6 tablespoons), 1 egg, a little more than 2 glasses of flour, sugar (glass), a teaspoon of baking powder.

Rub sugar and egg until smooth, add sour cream, sifted flour and baking powder. Knead the dough and refrigerate for about half an hour. Next, roll out the dough in the form of a thin layer and cut out the figures using the notches. Bake cookies in the oven for about a third of an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Cooled cookies can be decorated with colored sprinkles or chocolate icing. Alternatively, you can combine two cookies with boiled condensed milk or jam.

Dough: sour cream (glass) is mixed with a pre-whipped mixture of eggs (3 pcs.) And sugar (slightly less than a glass). Then you need to add a little more than a glass of sifted flour (add half a teaspoon of baking powder to it). Now that the dough has become homogeneous, you can add about 200 g of fruit. It can be berries, finely chopped apples, pears, plums and more.

Arrange the dough in pre-greased molds and bake in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Ready cupcakes can be greased with butter, then sprinkled with powdered sugar, or covered with cocoa glaze.

Sometimes it happens (especially in the warm season) that sour cream is slightly acidified and it is no longer in this form. If the sour cream is just slightly acidified, and not spoiled, you can find it to use and prepare delicious apple pancakes.

Take a couple of fresh apples and grate them on a beetroot grater.

Dough: sour cream (a glass) and 1 egg, a little sugar. Add the grated apples. Add vanilla or cinnamon if desired. Then it is necessary to introduce flour, so that the consistency of the dough is not too thick.

Dipping a spoon in a glass of water, put the dough in a pan with vegetable oil and bake until golden brown.
