What could be more aromatic than homemade orange pie? This is an amazing cake, easy to prepare, hearty, vibrant and a bit festive. Although why a little? If you decorate an orange pie with cream, sprinkle with confiture, then such a masterpiece is not a shame to put on the festive table, but how many useful vitamins an orange fairy tale gives us.

Orange cake comes out surprisingly fragrant, despite the fact that it takes very little time to prepare it. Due to its universal flavoring characteristics, orange pie, like other pastries with oranges, blends wonderfully with tea and coffee, as well as other drinks. Orange pie with cottage cheese. Ingredients:

- 265 g of fresh granular cottage cheese ;

- 190 g of corn flour;

- 160 g of sugar and 40 g for impregnation;

- 85 g sifted wheat flour;

- 15 g of baking powder;

- three large selected eggs;

- one ripe bright yellow lemon;

- two large ripe oranges (or three medium);

- a small pinch of coarse salt;

- 100 g of orange marmalade;

- baking dish (not less than 22 * ​​22).

Orange pie with cottage cheese. Cooking:

  1. Put the cottage cheese in a prepared container and pour 160 g of sugar there, wipe.
  2. Rinse and peel the fruit. Grate the peeled peel or grind in a blender, pour the mashed cottage cheese there and beat.
  3. Squeeze half of the lemon and half of one orange into a separate container, squeeze the remaining half of the lemon and one and a half oranges into the cottage cheese, break the egg and shake there, do the same with the rest of the eggs (introduce one and beat).
  4. Pour wheat and corn flour into the resulting curd mixture, into which coarse salt and baking powder must be mixed in advance. Mix everything thoroughly.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Lubricate the mold with oil and pour the resulting orange-curd dough into it, put in the oven and forget for forty minutes.
  6. Pour the remaining sugar into the prepared container, add the cast juice from half the fruit, put on the fire, break the marmalade there and bring to a boil, immediately remove.
  7. Check the readiness of the orange pie; it should not be burnt. Without removing it from the mold, pour it in orange syrup evenly and place it soak under a towel or in a disconnected oven. After you get it, put it on a dish, garnish with icing sugar or whipped cream, you can lay out a picture of mandarin slices.
