Burns often happen in everyday life. First of all, because of their curiosity, small children suffer. Therefore, everyone should know the main types of burns. And first aid, of course, should follow immediately. The most common damage in everyday life is thermal (hot liquid, steam, iron). Any adult and even a teenager must know how to treat a burn with boiling water, so you should always keep suitable products in your home medicine cabinet. You should know that if a large area of the skin is affected, then a pain shock can develop .
There are four
degrees of burns. The first is the easiest, in which redness of the skin and a slight swelling of the affected area are observed. The second degree, in addition to the above symptoms, is also characterized by bubbles, some of which can be opened immediately. The third degree is a deep burn with damage to soft and bone tissues, as well as the formation of a scab. The most severe form is the fourth, in which carbonization is observed. As a rule, an injury of the third and fourth degree is always combined with a burn of the first and second, that is, the focus of a deep lesion is surrounded by areas with redness and blisters. The severity of the patient's condition depends on the degree of damage and the area of the affected area.
As mentioned earlier, most often in everyday life people overturn dishes with hot liquid on themselves, so we will talk later about how to treat a burn with boiling water.

First of all, it is necessary to take emergency measures, which means that you need to very quickly substitute the burned place under a stream of cold water. This will reduce burning sensation, prevent swelling and redness from spreading. Then the damaged area of the skin needs to be dried and not tied tightly. If only redness is observed, then the injury site should be wiped with vodka and a solution of alcohol. If blisters have formed, then they cannot be punctured, since this is fraught with the penetration of infection into the wound. Also, iodine, zelenka, cream, oil, ointment should not be applied. Fatty agents create a film on the wound that prevents heat removal. The burn requires cooling, so wet towels or sheets should be applied to the sore spot (with a large area of damage). If a burn occurs through clothing, you need to carefully cut it, but do not try to tear it away from the damaged area.

How to treat a burn with boiling water? The modern pharmaceutical industry offers excellent remedies for such damage. These include the Solcoseryl gel and ointment. First, you need a gel, which is just applied in wet areas. It forms a film on the skin, thanks to which the healing of burns occurs right in front of the eyes. Apply several times a day as the film disappears. The ointment will need to be used when the wound dries. Thanks to the gel and ointment, not only a quick recovery will come, but there will also be no trace of burns, of course, if you do not open the blisters and separate the burned skin.
