How sometimes you want to pamper yourself or dear guests by preparing tasty, fragrant, fried buns, sweet and hot, just baked by the caring hands of the hostess! And cooking them is really easy!
Simple sweet buns with sugar
Dough:
For baking, prepare a yeast dough mixed with kefir. To do this, pour a glass of kefir into a cup, add half a glass of vegetable oil to it and put in the microwave for two minutes. It can be heated in an iron cup or saucepan on a gas stove, most importantly, do not bring to a boil, the mass should not turn out too hot.
Next, pour a tablespoon of sugar and the same amount of salt into a plate with kefir, mix everything. Take a large bowl, pour into it about three glasses of flour and a pack of dry yeast, mix. Pour the mixture from kefir into flour, knead well. If the dough is too liquid, add more flour, in the end it should turn out to be dense, like dumplings.
Formation:
Cut the dough into balls, roll thin juices out of them, the size at the discretion of the hostess, you can use a diameter of 15 centimeters. Each piece is slightly greased with vegetable oil and sprinkled with sugar (a teaspoon per one piece). Wrap in a roll, fold in half, and then cut along one side to half, starting at the bend. Dilute the cut parts to the sides and straighten, you get sweet buns in the shape of a heart.
Bake over medium heat until golden brown, about 20-30 minutes.
Puff pastry with nuts
For cooking, you can use ready-made yeast puff pastry from the store. Roll out the dough into strips with a diameter of 10 centimeters, but do not roll out strongly, otherwise the dough will not be airy.
Lubricate each strip profusely with honey and sprinkle with walnuts. Roll into a roll, roll up the ring, pinch the edges tightly so that the ring does not break up during baking. Grease each bun on top with yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Send to the oven with a temperature of 180 degrees for 20 minutes. The resulting buns are sweet, lush and very beautiful!
English raisin buns
The recipe is very simple. Beat three eggs with half a glass of sugar, add 100 grams of softened butter, beat until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Constantly stirring, pour a glass of cold milk and 2.5 cups of flour. Everything is very good to move and add the last ingredient - 100 grams of raisins, knead the dough again.
Grease a baking sheet with butter, form small balls from the dough and lay out for baking. If you want to give the buns a ruddy color, you can grease them on top with milk or whipped yolk. Bake sweet buns at 200 degrees for no more than 20 minutes. All cooking time will take 40 minutes. Fast and tasty!
Cream and Chocolate Muffins
Dough:
Mix a bag of dry yeast with three tablespoons of warm water and a pinch of granulated sugar, wait 15 minutes and mix with the rest of the ingredients. This is a half kilogram of flour, 50 grams of sugar, a teaspoon of salt and five eggs, then gradually introduce 350 grams of butter. Mix everything, the dough should turn out to be tight, leave it for two hours.
Cream:
Beat three egg yolks with 50 grams of sugar and two tablespoons of starch, pour a glass of hot milk. Mix everything, pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil, keep on fire for two minutes, stirring constantly. Add a little vanillin, cool and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Roll the dough into a rectangle half a centimeter thick, cover the entire surface with cream and chocolate chips. Fold the dough on the principle of an envelope, tightly pinching the seams. Cut into buns to make 12 pieces.
Put the buns on a baking sheet, grease with an egg and bake for 20 minutes.
