Cake with strawberries in early summer - what could be better ?! This dish will please not only your family members, but also you. The cake is not difficult to cook, but during cooking you need to be very careful and accurate. To make the biscuit tasty and nourishing, follow our step-by-step instructions below.
So, what do you need to have in the kitchen to make a biscuit cake with strawberries?
For cream, you need about 0.5 kg of softened butter, half a glass of powdered sugar (you can crushed granulated sugar), 1 kg of strawberries.
For good impregnation of a biscuit, half a glass of liquid canned fruit compote or sugar syrup, 3 tablespoons of rum or liquor for flavor. If you want a big cake, and you have a suitable shape, the number of components of the dough increases.
For the test: 10 medium eggs, 200 g of powdered sugar or granulated sugar, 200 g of sifted flour. When baking a large cake, the baking time accordingly increases - at least one hour.

Cake biscuit is usually baked per day.
For a test, prepare a low aluminum pan or pan. The bottom of the form is lined with parchment paper, which in turn is slightly oiled. The edges of the mold should also be greased with oil. We recommend baking the dough in a mold with a diameter of about 25 cm and a height of about 10 cm.
Eggs and sugar are mixed, for example, in a bowl from a mixer and cooled for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator. Chilled eggs are beaten with sugar until foam is formed so that the mass increases by about three times. Flour is poured into this mass through a strainer and quickly mixed with a wooden spoon. It is very important to do this quickly so that the dough does not settle.
When the dough is ready, it should immediately be poured into a mold and put in the oven. First baked at a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius, then when the dough rises a little and turns brown, the temperature rises to 180 degrees. Baking time is one hour. The oven must not be opened less than half an hour after the start of baking. If you notice that the biscuit is very brown, cover it with damp paper, but so that it does not touch the biscuit. Readiness is determined by a puncture with a wooden stick: if it is dry, the biscuit is ready, and you can confidently continue to cook a cake with strawberries, taking up cream and decorations.
The baked biscuit is cooled directly in the form for about two hours. After the specified time, carefully separate it from the walls with a knife and put it on a towel. After cleaning the paper, cover with a napkin and let stand.
Prepared strawberries should be sorted out, choosing whole beautiful berries to decorate the product. The rest of the strawberries are rubbed with sugar through a colander. Use one glass of this puree to soak the cake.
What is strawberry cake without cream? To prepare the cream, you should thoroughly beat the butter with strawberry puree. When a lush mass is obtained, the aged biscuit is cut into three layers of the same thickness and a syrup is prepared for soaking (a quarter glass of sugar and a quarter glass of water). The chilled syrup is combined with the remaining puree and liquor and mixed. Then this mixture is applied to each layer of biscuit. After 10 minutes, each layer of biscuit is layered with the prepared cream and superimposed on each other. The sides of the cake are liberally greased with cream so that the biscuit is not visible. And now, the strawberry cake is almost ready!
The last stage is decoration. Here you can give free rein to your imagination. The simplest solution is to decorate with whole berries or halves of berries. You can also rub chocolate or add banana. Decorated cake with strawberries should be refrigerated and let it brew.
