What tea without sweets? Most of us prefer homemade desserts, but often do not have time to finally try out delicious baking recipes. In this case, a simple and quick dish that does not need to be baked out will help, just mix all the ingredients thoroughly, wrap it in parchment or cling film in the form of a roll and put it in the refrigerator for a while.
Many probably understood that this dish is a sweet sausage, which was often prepared some time ago, and today we suggest recalling it. Different families made this
confectionery in different ways, but it always consisted of cocoa, cookies and butter, and the shape and appearance resembled real
smoked sausage.Very simple recipe
In order to prepare the dessert “Sweet sausage”, we take a pound of ordinary cookies (by weight or in a pack), a jar of condensed milk, a pack of sl. butter (200 g), 4 large spoons of cocoa powder.
Melt butter, mix with condensed milk and cocoa. Crumble cookies to make both crumbs and larger pieces. Pour the mass into cookies and mix well. Spread on foil and wrap in sausages. Soak in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
This is a classic sweet sausage. You can take such a recipe as a basis and experiment as much as you like, adding nuts, coconut, raisins, candied fruits, poppy seeds, rum, liquor and the like.
Pastry sausage with nuts recipe
We will need the following set of products:
Peel and chop nuts. Turn half of the cookies into crumbs, the other into small pieces. Keep the oil out of the refrigerator until soft, then add condensed cocoa to it and mix. Put nuts and cookies into the mass, mix thoroughly. Wrap in foil or parchment, put in the refrigerator. After 4-5 hours, you can serve with tea, cut and laid on a plate, like a sausage.
Condensed cocoa can be replaced with similar milk or cream and cocoa powder. Instead of walnuts, peanuts or hazelnuts are quite suitable.
Original sweet sausage
Another recipe for a delicious dessert. We prepare the ingredients: cookies - 800 g, marmalade (candied fruit can be) - 200 g, peeled peanuts - 200 g, cl. oil - 250 g, condensed milk - 1 jar, cocoa powder - about 50 g.
Slightly fry the peanut kernels, peel and halve. Cut multi-colored marmalade into small pieces. We break cookies, partially turning them into crumbs (can be grater or rolling pin). We leave part of the crumbs.
Melt butter and pour into cookies. Then add condensed milk, marmalade, nuts and cocoa. Mix everything thoroughly. From the resulting mass, make three to four sausages, roll in crumbs from cookies and wrap in parchment, cellophane or foil. Put in the refrigerator. After an hour or two, you can get and treat home or guests.
So simply and quickly cooked a sweet sausage. And for children, it will become even tastier if mom entrusts her assistants with feasible work.
