For example, this remedy is prescribed for neuroblastoma, lymphosarcoma, astrocytoma, glioblastoma and other brain tumors, lung cancer, larynx, cervix or endometrium, as well as for lymphogranulomatosis, tumors in the mammary glands. With soft tissue desmoids, the use of Sehydrin is also indicated. The instruction recommends using it for people with fibrosarcoma.
It is strictly forbidden to prescribe this antitumor agent in case of individual intolerance to hydrazine sulfate by the patient or if he has an allergic reaction to any additional substances contained in the composition. With extreme caution, experts advise taking this drug to people with severe impaired renal or hepatic function. In addition, during the period of therapy, the patient is contraindicated in the use of any type of alcohol. Also, this medicine should not be combined with the use of barbiturates in order to avoid a sharp increase in toxicity.
