Take 3 egg whites and add 3 tablespoons of water to them, pouring a glass of sugar. The mixture should increase slightly, whiten and become a little harder and denser. Remove the bowl from the bath and continue whisking for another 5 minutes until you see an airy meringue. Meringue pie: recipe

To test this pie, you will need three quarters of a glass of flour, half a teaspoon of salt, 3 tablespoons of water, a yolk and 125 grams of butter. For the filling, take a glass of sugar, 3 tablespoons of starch, 2 tablespoons of flour, a pinch of salt, half a glass of water, 4 yolks, 5 proteins, one from the egg that went into the dough, lemon zest, lemon juice and 6 tablespoons of sugar. Chop flour with butter and salt. Shake the yolks with water and add to the dough. Now it can be rolled out and sent to the oven for 15-20 minutes. Whisk sugar, starch and flour for the filling. Add the zest and lemon juice to the mixture. Simmer until simmering. After add the butter and beaten eggs. Wait for the mixture to thicken and remove from heat. For this treat, take 90 grams of nuts, 9 protein, 70 grams of wheat flour, 150 grams of granulated sugar, raspberry jam and chocolate icing.
