Ingredients: three hundred grams of shrimp, two tablespoons butter, a clove of garlic, one pack of spinach, juice from one lemon, one spoon of sour cream, salt, pasta.
Shrimp are peeled and fried with garlic in oil, then spinach, lemon juice, salt and sour cream are added and mixed thoroughly. The resulting sauce is poured over boiled pasta.
Today, there are various dishes where frozen spinach is used, recipes for their preparation do not require much time and effort, therefore they are often used in cooking. At the same time, a salad with spinach and bacon is quite popular and very tasty. For its preparation, it is necessary to roll the spinach leaves in olive oil and put on a large dish, four strips of bacon and four eggs are fried and laid on top of the leaves. An alternative to this can be a frozen product, which can always be bought at almost any supermarket. But every experienced cook knows how to cook frozen spinach at home. To do this, the plant is washed, placed in boiling water and cooked for three minutes, then it is thrown back on a sieve and cooled. Then they roll up small balls with their hands and squeeze them so that all excess liquid is gone. Then they are laid out in ice molds and placed in the freezer.
