Currently, almost every housewife in the kitchen is helped by small household appliances. A slow cooker is one of such devices that will save time and help to prepare tasty and healthy goodies quickly and without problems. This article will focus on the preparation of a simple dish, which very often appears on our table - stew. Unfortunately, many do not like stewed vegetables, but in an “electric pan” this dish turns out to be especially juicy and aromatic. Perhaps if you didn’t like stew before, now it will become your favorite treat! So, how to cook stew in a slow cooker?
You will need:
- several zucchini;
- carrot;
- bulb;
- bell pepper;
- olive or sunflower oil;
- spices and salt.
Note that vegetable stew can be prepared from different vegetables. Zucchini, carrots and onions are usually enough, but you can experiment and add other ingredients.
