- thyme - a pair of twigs;

Pickled mushrooms with cherry will be an excellent dish not only on the festive table, but also on your ordinary day will please your family. Ingredients
- cherry tomatoes - 350 g;
- small champignons - 300 g;
- water - 1 l;
- vinegar - 50 ml;
- cloves - a few pieces;
- vegetable oil - a few tablespoons;
- bay leaf;
- salt (1 tsp);
- sugar (4 tsp);
- barberry, a mixture of peppers.
Pour water into the pan and add spices, vegetable oil, vinegar. Bring the liquid to a boil. Cut the mushrooms into halves. If very small, can be left whole. Add them to a pot of boiling water, then cook for about 7 minutes. Then add the tomatoes and boil for a couple of minutes. Throw a bay leaf (you can also use greens), insist about 5 minutes under the lid. After which we allow the marinade to cool and place it in the refrigerator for a day.
