- any grade of hard or processed cheese - 100 g;
- sour cream of medium fat content - 50 g;
- mayonnaise - 50 g;
- fresh garlic - 2-3 teeth .;
- fresh dill - a few twigs;
- oil for the form - 2 tbsp. l .;
- favorite seasonings or a ready-made set of spices for chicken - to taste.
To start, the hips need to be washed and dried by patting with paper towels. After that, for each piece, we separate the skin from the meat, but not to the end, but forming a pocket.
