First rinse the aveluk under running water and set it to boil, pre-salt the water. Then lay on paper towels to glass the water. Meanwhile, cut the onions into small cubes and fry until transparent. Then add aveluk to the same pan. Continue frying all together for about 9 minutes.

Walnuts must be cleaned, soaked in cold water and remove excess film. Now chop finely and add to the same pan where the aveluk is. Fry everything further together for three minutes. Stir all the time so that the aveluk, onion and nuts are not burnt. Now put in a salad bowl, cool. Armenian salad with aveluk and walnuts is ready. Now you can safely serve it to the table.

Chicken salad

This Armenian dish is loved by many for a wonderful combination of products. For cooking you will need:

  1. Chicken fillet - 1 pc.
  2. Champignons - 1 cup.
  3. Canned Pineapple - 200 gr.
  4. Small onion - 2 pcs.
  5. Sugar - 30 gr.
  6. Vinegar and mayonnaise to taste.

To prepare an Armenian salad, first boil the breast, cut the mushrooms into cubes, and the onions in half rings. Dilute vinegar with water (1: 1), add sugar and put onions in the same bowl. While it is pickling, we fry the champignons.
