More than 90 years have passed since the birth of Snickers - a chocolate bar, designed by the Chicago pastry chef F. Mars, who gave him the name of his beloved horse. Today, Mars Incorporated produces 560 sweets per minute on just one production line. What is so loved by the Americans, and behind them and other people on the planet, this chocolate bar with a filling inside? The secret is simple: this bar has everything that children like (with the exception of cotton candy). Chocolate shell hides nougat, nuts, caramel. The bar miraculously satisfies hunger, as evidenced by the advertisement "Do not brake, sneakers!".
New from the East
Recently, the Mars company has developed a new Snickers - with almonds. The old ingredients have not gone anywhere. Milk chocolate, fragrant caramel and viscous nougat are a harmonious addition to crispy nuts. But if earlier the main character was hazelnut, now it is almonds. Since it is often present in traditional oriental sweets, the advertisement for the new bar seems to have come down from the pages of "One Thousand and One Nights." New products in attractive white packaging have already gained popularity in the United States and abroad.

The bar is very much loved by the kids, but itβs just that the presence of all sorts of obscure βEβ with numbers in it confuses parents. A certain compromise can be achieved by making homemade Snickers flavored chocolate cake.

The basis
We take five egg whites and begin to whip in a mixer with 180 g of sugar. In a water bath we heat 100 g of natural chocolate bar without flavorings, add a spoonful of cream to it. Separately, beat the yolks. In 180-200 g of flour add a packet of βPowder for Cookiesβ. We connect together proteins, yolks, chocolate in the mixer bowl. Continuing to beat, we introduce flour in several stages. We cover the form (preferably detachable) with parchment, pour the dough there. Bake cakes for homemade Snickers with Almonds
about half an hour at a temperature of 180 C. Attention: in the first 20-25 minutes, do not look into the oven and do not open the door! We cut the cooled cake in two, saturate with a strongly brewed Nesquik drink and caramel essence. Alternatively, you can replace the chocolate with three spoons of cocoa powder. But then put a glass of sour cream into the dough and add more flour (300 g).
Creams
For the first cream, beat 200 g of butter with a can of boiled condensed milk. Combine this mass with 150-200 g of ground roasted almonds. We spread one of the cakes with this cream. We put it in the freezer for 10 minutes. The second cream we do so. Whip fatty cream with two tablespoons of sugar. We spread the cream on the second cake, poison it in the refrigerator to solidify. Then we combine both pieces of dough, and the condensed milk should lie on the cream. We put the almost finished Snickers with almonds overnight in the refrigerator. In the morning, sprinkle it with cocoa powder mixed with powdered sugar. For special sweet tooth, you can cover the dessert with chocolate icing.
