Beef baked in the oven in foil is tender, tasty and juicy. However, finished meat will acquire such properties only if it has been correctly pickled and thermally processed.

Components for the dish:
- low-fat pulp of beef (fillet) - 1 kg;
- large onion - 3 pcs.;
- large fresh carrots - 2 pcs.;
- small table salt - add at your own discretion;
- spices intended for meat - to taste;
- parsley and dill - 1 bunch each;
- large fresh garlic - 5 cloves;
- tomato paste - 2 dessert spoons;
- fat mayonnaise - 3 large spoons;
- large lemon - 1 pc.

Beef baked in the oven in foil is tasty and juicy from any part of the animal. However, we decided to purchase only low-fat boneless fillet. It needs to be washed, cleaned of hard films, and then lightly beat off with a ribbed hammer.
Marinade preparation
So that the beef baked in the oven in the foil cooks quickly and well, and also becomes softer and more tender, it is recommended to put it in the marinade for 1-2 hours in advance. To do this, mix the following components in one bowl: juice from 1 large lemon, fatty mayonnaise, spices for meat, tomato paste and table salt.
