- clean, fresh trout 1.200 g;

- 300 g of flour;

- creamy natural white oil;

- purple onion;

- 300 g canned red beans;

Ingredients:

Cooking:

  1. Clean and rinse fish inside and out, remove bones.

  3. Chop purple onions and greens with washed and peeled mushrooms.
