  • one tsp salts;
  • fresh parsley;
  • 0.5 tsp ground black pepper.

Dice the beef and fry in one tbsp. l oil so that it turns brown. Put the beef on a plate. Add chopped onion and the rest of the oil, fry for about 5 minutes, until the onion has a golden color.

Now add chopped tomatoes and simmer for about five minutes. Add chopped carrots and garlic, fry for another three minutes.

Next, send all the fried ingredients to a pot with broth along with salt, bay leaves, beef, potatoes, diced. Stir occasionally, bring to a boil.

Now reduce the heat, cover with a lid and cook over low heat for half an hour until the beef is tender. Season the soup with black pepper and salt (if necessary). Remove the bay leaf from the soup, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.

  • three carrots;
  • two onions;
  • five potatoes;
  • 6 cloves of garlic;
  • 6 tbsp. l sunflower oil;
  • a couple of branches of dill and feathers of green onions;
  • 1.5 tsp salt.

How to cook a simple vegetable soup? Cut the cabbage into squares and transfer to the pan. Add salt and 2.5 liters of water. Boil, then reduce the heat a little and cook for half an hour with a slight boil.

Next, peel the potatoes, cut into large cubes. Now cut the onions into half rings, carrots into thin slices, and garlic into slices. Pour oil into a pan and set on fire. Fry the garlic first for a couple of minutes. Then add carrots, onions and sauté on low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring often.

After the cabbage boils the right time and gives the vegetable a saturated broth, add potatoes, increase the heat and cook for 10 minutes. Now send the steamed vegetables to the soup.   • Wash and peel the vegetables.
  • Cut the potatoes into strips or cubes.
  • Cut the carrots and onions into small pieces.
  • Put vegetables in salt boiling water and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Mix the egg with salt, finely chopped herbs, a pinch of ground black pepper. Shake well with a fork.
  • Pour the egg-green mixture into a soup in a thin stream, constantly stirring it with a spoon so that the egg does not curl in one large piece. Boil for one minute. The soup is ready!
