Pollock in cream sauce: three great recipes

Pollock is a low-fat fish with a dry texture, but in the hands of a skilled housewife it will become a real culinary masterpiece. No wonder Koreans consider dishes from this inhabitant of the marginal seas their favorite.

Cooking secrets

Since pollock does not contain small bones, it can be safely prepared in sauce. At the same time, mushrooms and vegetables in the finished dish will replace the side dish. This fish can be eaten even by those who want to lose weight or maintain a figure. A rich source of omega acids and vitamins, pollock is also a leader in selenium content among seafood. One little secret: this fish has a neutral taste, so you need to cook food using fragrant spices and soy sauce. When baking, the fillet is especially tender and melting in the mouth.
