Melt the butter in a water bath or microwave. In the meantime, it will cool, pound the eggs with sugar whisk. Then add salt and vanillin to this mixture - the mass should turn out to be quite magnificent and voluminous. After the oil has cooled, send it to the eggs too.
In a separate bowl, carefully mash the peeled bananas using a pusher or fork. If small lumps remain in the slurry, there is nothing wrong with that. Then add the banana puree to the oil mixture. Sift flour and baking powder here, then stir vigorously. The finished dough should not be too thick.
