Classic salad recipe with mushrooms and crab sticks

Prepare the products:

  • pickled or salted mushrooms - 150-200 g;
  • egg - 4 pcs., boiled;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • crab meat or sticks - 200 g;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • a jar of canned corn;
  • salt and pepper;
  • some greenery;
  • mayonnaise or sour cream.

You need to chop onions, put in a plate, add a little salt and vinegar. Dice crab sticks, chop eggs or cheese finely or grate, lay one egg for decoration. Drain the marinade of the mushrooms and rinse them; if using salted mushrooms, soak them for 10 minutes in cold water, then they need to be finely chopped. We mix all the prepared ingredients, add salt, pepper, season with mayonnaise, sprinkle with herbs and decorate with a grated egg on top.

The salad recipe with mushrooms and crab sticks will be more original if all the ingredients are laid in layers in the following order: grease the salad bowl with mayonnaise or sour cream, lay the corn on the bottom, then mushrooms, onion - cheese, then eggs and crab sticks.   • salt, pepper to taste;
  • greens;
  • mayonnaise;
  • soy sauce (optional).

Cut mushrooms with onions, fry in vegetable oil, boil rice and rinse in cold water. Stir the mushrooms with onion and rice, add crab sticks, garlic, the juice of a whole lemon, season the salad with mayonnaise, mix everything and decorate with greens.
