It will not be so easy to find someone who does not know what meatball soup is. He has been familiar to many of us since childhood. And in fact, this soup is an indispensable attribute of the children's menu: kids are happy to eat it. It is not only very tasty, but also looks unusual, which is also important for small gourmets. Those kids who are too lazy to chew meat, soft meatballs will do just fine. In addition, meatball soup , the recipe of which can be varied, can be cooked taking into account any individual preferences of the child. As a rule, such a soup can be cooked for the baby from the age when he got front teeth both from above and from below, but only in this case it will be necessary to make sure that the meat for meatballs is very tender, for example, add more buns .

How to Cook Meatball Soup
So, we decided to cook the meatball soup. The recipe for meatballs themselves is quite simple: for 2-2.5 liters of soup, you need about 300 grams of any minced meat, preferably low-fat - in this case, it is more likely that they will not fall apart during cooking. In the minced meat you need to add half the onion, for example, passed through a meat grinder or grated on a fine grater, 50 grams of loaf soaked in milk and squeezed (like cutlets), half a raw egg, mix it all thoroughly, salt and add spices to taste. Roll up small balls from the minced meat, about a teaspoon in volume, but even less if, for example, meatballs are prepared for babies. If for some reason the stuffing turned out to be too liquid and the meatballs do not form, you can add a little flour there, but in this case it will stick to your hands and you will have to constantly wash them, or breadcrumbs - but in this case it is possible, that the meatballs will boil. In principle, you can use it like that, picking up a teaspoon and lowering it into water, like dumplings, but it will turn out less aesthetically pleasing.
Further, in order to cook meatball soup, the recipe can be anything. It can be a light vegetable soup on the water, and more satisfying with cereals, dumplings or pasta, you can even use meat broth - it all depends on your preferences and needs.
The main ingredients most commonly used to make this soup are potatoes, carrots, onions, most often fried, herbs, fresh or dry, and spices. You can also add cauliflower, broccoli, green peas, fresh or frozen, pasta, for example, "spider line", rice. In principle, you can use many cereals, in particular buckwheat, as well as many prepared frozen vegetable mixes. A delicious soup with meatballs is also obtained if it is seasoned with dumplings. Of spices, classic black pepper and bay leaf and any others that suit your taste are great.
Whichever meatball soup you choose, its recipe is pretty simple. Meatballs are carefully immersed in boiled salted water (or finished broth), and when the water boils again, potatoes and carrots. Further, it all depends on how much your dressing will be cooked: for example, if it is rice, then it makes sense to plant it with potatoes or after a short period of time - depending on what degree of potato readiness you prefer. Fresh vegetables are boiled for 10-15 minutes less than potatoes, and frozen vegetables are even less, but, again, it all depends on the variety. Thin spider noodles should be seasoned a few minutes before being ready, for example, along with onions, if you decide to fry it. Greens and spices are placed at the very end, after which the soup closes with a lid and turns off.
