To make such a dough, you need to take two hundred grams of margarine or butter, two glasses of flour, a little less than a full glass of water, a little sugar and salt. Cut pre-chilled margarine or butter into cubes, put on a table, sprinkle with flour and chop with a knife. Dissolve salt with sugar in cold water and quickly knead steep dough. Then you need to cover it with a damp towel or napkin and put it away for two to three hours in a cool place. You can even put it in the refrigerator overnight. Turkey roll. Ingredients
Puff pastry roll with turkey - this is the dish that could very well become a crown on your holiday table. For it, you need to take a kilogram of turkey fillet, one hundred grams of bacon, onion, one sheet of puff pastry, two pods of sweet red pepper, vegetable oil, some cranberries, salt and chicken yolk to lubricate the product. Fillet must be selected whole, in no case slices. We will wrap the filling in it.
Rinse the turkey fillet and then cut lengthwise and unfold. A large layer of meat should be obtained, which must be beaten off with a hammer. Finely chop the onion and sauté until golden brown. Peppers should be blanched in boiling water or in an oven, then peeled off, remove seeds, cut and mix together with pieces of bacon. Then add bacon and pepper to the onion, add cranberries, mix and sauté in the pan for another five to seven minutes. Season the fillet with spices, and then gently wrap our mixture in it. Coat the surface of the turkey with vegetable oil. Roll out the dough in a thin layer and gently wrap the stuffed fillet in it, grease the entire surface with yolk. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for about an hour. So that the dough does not burn, after 20 minutes it can be covered with foil.
Millefeuille with salmon and spinach. Ingredients
This puff pastry snack has the mysterious name “Millefeuille”, which will surely intrigue your guests. It is served in portions or laid on a common dish, from where guests can already take refreshments to their plate. Note that this is a great solution for buffet evenings. To prepare it, you will need 250 grams of
yeast-free puff pastry, 150 grams of smoked salmon and the same amount of frozen spinach and mushrooms, two hundred grams of curd cheese, 30 grams of butter, two tablespoons of sour cream, a teaspoon of grated horseradish, two tablespoons of almond petals.
Cooking process
A layer of frozen dough should be laid out on parchment and baked in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees until browning. Defrost the spinach and fry in butter for two minutes, cut the mushrooms into slices and add to the spinach, fry until the moisture evaporates. In the curd cheese, add horseradish with sour cream and grind.
Turn the finished dough and carefully divide it into four layers. We begin to lay the filling. Lubricate the first layer with curd cheese and spread the slices of salmon, the second layer - spinach with mushrooms, the third - curd cheese and salmon. Cover with the last layer of dough, wrap in a film and put in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Before serving, remove the film and cut the snack with a very sharp knife, sprinkle with almond petals.
Cheese sticks with sesame seeds
This recipe for puff pastry snacks is extremely simple and also delicious. To prepare the dish, you need only a pack of puff pastry (250 grams), a chicken egg, grated hard cheese and sesame. Grease the thawed sheet of dough with an egg and cut across into strips about one centimeter wide. Twist each strip with a flagellum and put on greased parchment, sprinkle with grated cheese with sesame seeds. You can even first sprinkle a strip of cheese, cover the second, and then twist. Bake cheese sticks in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees until browning, that is, 10-15 minutes. Serve in a wide glass.

So, you will need a pound of beef pulp, two hundred grams of mushrooms, onion, a pound of yeast puff pastry, 50 grams of cream, two tablespoons of paste, one egg, vegetable oil, parsley and spices. Dice onions and mushrooms, fry in a pan with vegetable oil for about 8-10 minutes. Add cream, spices and simmer on the fire until thickened. When the mixture cools down - you need to pour finely chopped parsley and put the paste, mix. Cut the beef into slices and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. Roll out the dough a little and divide into four identical squares. On each such piece we put a slice of beef, on it - a spoonful of a mixture of mushrooms, herbs and paste, cover with a second square of dough, pinch along the edges, grease with an egg and put in the oven. Bake products at a temperature of 190-210 degrees for about 40 minutes. Serve hot.
Vermicelli casserole
And this sweet dish is best served for breakfast. Two eggs need to be whipped into the foam, add 800 grams of cottage cheese, melted butter, baking powder and again beat. Now add raisins, vermicelli and mix. We spread the resulting mass into a baking dish and cover with a layer of puff pastry. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Before serving, cut the snack into pieces and turn the dough down.
