Ingredients
Products for the preparation of ribs are extremely affordable. So, you will need the simplest components:
- 700 g of pork ribs;
- 700 g of potatoes;
- 1 large carrot;
- 1 large onion;
- 200 g adjika;
- 70 g of ketchup;
- ground black pepper;
- a mixture of herbs;
- salt.
You will also need a baking sleeve. Among other things, add your favorite vegetables and spices to baked ribs and potatoes.

Ribs
We start cooking with ribs. Cut large ribs into several parts. Rinse them thoroughly under running water, remove excess layers of fat, it is very important to wash off bone fragments after cutting.
Dry the ribs with napkins or a waffle towel, excess moisture is useless.
Take a deep bowl in which all the ribs and other components will fit. In it, first prepare the sauce in which the ribs will be pickled.
To do this, add adjika, a couple of spoons of ketchup, a good teaspoon of black pepper and various herbs. As herbs, Provencal, hops-suneli, bay leaf and dried dill, parsley, very few cilantro are suitable.
If there is not enough garlic in adjika, add, among other things, freshly squeezed garlic. Mix the sauce, combining all the components into a homogeneous mass.
Transfer the ribs into a bowl, mix thoroughly so that the sauce wraps and subsequently soaks every millimeter of the ribs.
