A special place among them is occupied by three-layer pies, which can combine different fillings or different types of dough. Sweets are usually made biscuit, and meat - from yeast dough.

Ingredients:

  • Sugar - 11 tablespoons.
  • Eggs - three pieces.
  • Margarine - 50 grams.
  • Dried apricots - 200 grams.
  • Flour - 2 cups.
  • A third of a teaspoon of soda.

Pound the egg with five tablespoons of sugar, add melted margarine, soda, a glass of flour. Knead the dough well, put it in a mold and distribute on it. Bake for fifteen minutes in a preheated oven.

Rinse the dried apricots, fill it with water and put on fire. Cook for about fifteen minutes, then throw the dried apricots in a colander, letting the water drain.

Now you need to cook a biscuit. Separate the whites from the yolks and knock down with three tablespoons of sugar in a foam until strong peaks. Do not forget that the dishes for whipping should be perfectly clean and dry. Pound the yolks with three tablespoons of sugar, gently combine with the whites and mix, put five tablespoons of flour and gently stir.

We take out the first dough from the oven, layered with chopped boiled dried apricots, spread butter on the sides of the mold and pour the biscuit dough.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 450 grams of flour.
  • 10 grams of yeast.
  • 250 grams of butter.
  • A tablespoon of sugar.
  • A teaspoon of salt.
  • 180 ml of warm milk.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 250 ml of jam.
  • A tablespoon of starch.
  • Three tablespoons of water.

Ingredients for Streisel:

  • 130 grams of flour.
  • 60 grams of sugar.
  • 60 grams of butter.
  • A tablespoon of kefir.
  • Half a teaspoon of baking powder.

Dilute starch with water and boil with starch. Cool. Dissolve the yeast in warmed milk, add salt, sugar and flour. Stir and add oil.

Knead the dough - it turns out obedient, soft and does not stick to your hands. Divide it into three parts.

Roll each part into a circle. On the first layer, put 1/2 fillings, leaving two centimeters from the edges. In the same way, roll out the second circle, put on the first and lay out the remaining filling. We roll out the last circle and cover them with a pie. Keep warm for an hour and a half.

Cooking shtreisel: just mix the ingredients into crumbs. Preheat the oven one hundred and eighty degrees. Lubricate the cake with hot milk on top and sprinkle with shtrezel.

Add the grated cheese, mayonnaise, egg and mix everything. Cut the mushrooms, fry them with onions in butter. Put the minced meat on top of the bacon, then put the potatoes and on top - the mushrooms. Close the top of the pie with bacon. Set the dish to cook for an hour in the "Baking" mode.

This cake is rightly called "smart." Why? The fact is that it is prepared from one dough, and after baking in a section you will see as many as three layers! In the oven, it itself will be divided into three parts, as if it consists of two biscuit cakes - above and below, and inside it - custard.

Ingredients:

  • Milk - half a liter.
  • Eggs - 4 pieces.
  • Water is a tablespoon.
  • Sugar - 150 grams.
  • Flour - 120 grams.
  • Butter - 120 grams.
  • Vanilla sugar.
  • Cream whipped (if you want to decorate the cake on top).

Making a cake

This rather simple recipe for a three-layer cake will surprise you with the speed of preparation and the result. Separate the squirrels from the yolks and while put aside, we will deal with them later. Beat the yolks with vanilla sugar and granulated sugar. The mass should whiten and increase. Melt and cool the butter, add it and water to the yolk mixture. Beat and add a little flour, sifted in advance. Pour in milk and whisk again. The dough will be very liquid, but it should be so.

In another bowl, whisk the whites with salt until a dense foam. Add whipped proteins in portions to the dough and mix gently each time.

Lubricate the baking dish and pour the dough into it. Preheat the oven to one hundred and sixty degrees and bake for about an hour. When the top of the cake becomes rosy, you can remove it from the oven.

  • 200 grams of butter.
  • 400 grams of flour.
  • 150 ml of milk.
  • One egg.
  • A teaspoon of dried yeast.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  • A bag of vanilla sugar.

For filling:

  • Two lemons.
  • 10 tablespoons of sugar.
  • 200 grams of dried apricots.
  • 200 grams of pitted prunes.

For baby:

  • 20 grams of butter.
  • 3 tablespoons of flour.
  • A tablespoon of sugar.
  • One egg for lubrication.

How to cook?

The form for a three-layer pie with prunes and dried apricots should be 26 centimeters in diameter.

Dissolve sugar, yeast in heated milk and leave for a short time so that the yeast is activated. Pour flour into a separate bowl, grate the frozen butter, add vanilla sugar, salt and grind with your hands until crushed. Pour in the egg and milk with yeast, knead the dough, cover it with a napkin and refrigerate for half an hour.

Taking out of the refrigerator after a while, divide the dough into two parts and one of the parts - even in half.

Preparing the filling for a three-layer cake. Wash the lemons, dry them, cut into slices (do not remove the peel), remove the seeds and scroll through the meat grinder. Add sugar to lemon and mix. Now scroll the prunes and dried apricots.

Divide the scrolled lemons in half, mix one half with dried apricots, and the second with prunes.

Cook the crumbs. Put sugar, flour in a bowl, grate the frozen butter there and rub until crushed.

Now you need to collect the pie. Roll out the dough (the largest part), put it in a mold, making rather high sides. Put lemon and prune filling on it. Roll one small portion of the dough, cover the prunes with it and lay the dried apricots on top. Roll out the last part. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with crumbs. Put in the oven for 40-50 minutes. Cool the finished cake, remove from the mold, cut and serve.
