If we consider in more detail the second component, flumethasone, it is worth noting that it is a synthetic glucocorticosteroid. The principle of its action is that it is able to influence the vascular components and cell elements that are involved in the local inflammatory process. Also, due to the action of flumetasone at the site of localization of the inflammatory process, a significant decrease in the level of leukocytes is observed.
Under the influence of this component, the narrowing of small vessels occurs, and the secretion of exudate is significantly reduced.
