What are good raspberry preparations for the winter? Naturally, with its healing properties and the charge of vitamins and nutrients that they give during the winter cold. Only when we feel a little sticky, what do we do first? We drink tea with raspberries - a tool that has been tested for years and is familiar to everyone since childhood. And besides the available benefits, there is also an amazing magical taste of this berry, thanks to which it is so loved by a huge number of adults and kids.

Ingredients:

  • a kilogram of raspberries;
  • 1.2 kilograms of granulated sugar.

Harvesting for winter from raspberries begins with the preparation of berries that need to be sorted, washed and dried. Next, put them in an enameled container, pour sugar over it and leave it in this form for the night, so that the raspberries let the juice flow. The next morning put the container on the fire and, stirring occasionally and removing the resulting foam, bring to a boil. Allow to simmer for five minutes and cool. Repeat this procedure three times. After that, you can pour the finished jam into sterilized jars and clean for storage.

This is a more time-consuming recipe for jam, but the result is a very delicate raspberry jam, which is convenient to use not only as an independent dessert for tea, but also as a filling for biscuits and pastries.

Ingredients:

  • raspberries;
  • granulated sugar.

Cooking

Stack the berries in an enameled pot, bring to a boil over minimal heat (do not boil!), Cool slightly and wipe through a sieve. Weigh the resulting raspberry puree and add sugar to it at the rate of 900 grams per 1 kilogram of berries. Put the sweet mixture on low heat and boil for a quarter of an hour, stirring and removing the foam. Put ready jam into pre-prepared sterilized jars.

Ingredients:

  • a kilogram of raspberries;
  • 40 grams of honey;
  • 450 grams of granulated sugar;
  • a tablespoon of lemon juice;
  • 750 milliliters of vodka.

Cooking

Prepare raspberries: sort through, removing leaves, twigs and stalks, rinse thoroughly in cold water. Put dried berries in a wide-necked bottle. This should be done in approximately equal layers: raspberries, granulated sugar, honey. On the neck of the bottle, pull the gauze folded into a few layers and put it in a warm place. The container with future filling should be shaken periodically and wait for the complete dissolution of granulated sugar. After that pour vodka and lemon juice, mix thoroughly, filter and, after bottling, remove for storage.
