Mushrooms have always been used as snacks. Thanks to their small size, these mushrooms do not need to be cut; they can decorate any dish.

This salad is a real festive dish that can surprise guests. And it's not about some overseas ingredients, but about its interesting presentation. It looks like a basket with mushrooms brought from the forest. Honey mushrooms are suitable for its decoration. And it’s worth starting with their preparation. Boil until cooked 300 grams of frozen or fresh mushrooms. Strain the broth, and in it cook 2 potatoes and 1 large carrot, already diced. This is necessary to enhance the mushroom flavor in the finished salad. Separately, cook 3 eggs and 300 grams of chicken.
Now it remains only to collect the salad and decorate. For convenience, mix all the ingredients with mayonnaise, and then spread in layers. The first layer is chicken fillet with mayonnaise sorted into fibers, the second is potato. Put the third layer of pickled cucumbers, chopped into small cubes. For those who would like to indulge in salads with honey mushrooms every day, there is a simple and tasty recipe. It will require a jar of pickled honey agarics, one onion and 2 medium carrots, 200 g of ham, 4 boiled eggs and a little mayonnaise. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots. Fry all together in vegetable oil until the onions become transparent and the carrots become bright orange. Set aside, and meanwhile cut the eggs and ham into small cubes. Thoroughly rinse honey mushrooms under water, remove already unnecessary spices: coriander, peppercorns and cloves.
While the remaining ingredients were being prepared, the fried carrots and onions cooled. Transfer them to any salad bowl, add ham, eggs, honey mushrooms (you do not need to cut them) and season with mayonnaise to taste. Try and, if necessary, salt. Perhaps this is not only the simplest salad with honey mushrooms, but also very tasty.
