Slow cooker bread recipe: cooking steps

Not a single feast is possible without bread in Russia. We have breakfast, lunch or dinner, there is always bread on our table - these are the traditions in our country that originated in ancient times. It is worth noting that there is nothing wrong with this, because the cereal product is very healthy and is an ideal basis for breakfast. Unfortunately, the bread that is currently being sold on store shelves differs significantly from a real and healthy product. As a rule, in addition to wheat flour, water and yeast, producers do not add anything else. Accordingly, the entire value of the product is lost, and only empty calories are acquired, bearing nothing but extra pounds.

At home, of course, you can bake really tasty and healthy bread yourself. Fortunately, in the kitchen of many housewives crock-pots appeared, capable of replacing half of household appliances, including a baker.

Any recipe for bread in a multicooker does not require special knowledge and any special skills. There’s no need to be an experienced cook. Even a beginner of culinary craft can bake bread in a multicooker. With the help of this wonderful device, it will turn out to be magnificent, light, fragrant and useful. In this case, you only need to knead the dough, the electronic pan will do the rest itself.

Consider the simplest bread recipe in a slow cooker. For cooking, you need to take 1.5 teaspoons of dry yeast, 750 grams of flour, 30 grams of sugar, salt (1.5 teaspoons), 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil and a glass of water. Yeast is bred in warm water, sugar, salt, vegetable oil are added there, and then sprinkled with small portions of flour. After thorough kneading, the dough is covered and left for a while to raise (periodically it needs to be crushed). After 1.5 hours, the dough can be moved to the multicooker bowl and wait for its next rise. It is recommended to bake bread in the "Baking" mode for one hour.

The following recipe for bread in a slow cooker is a bit more complicated, but only in composition. The ingredients remain the same as in the previous version, only wheat flour is mixed with corn. All stages of cooking corn bread coincide with the first recipe.

Another recipe for a multicooker bread that requires a little attention and caution.

Dry yeast (3 teaspoons) diluted in a small amount of water. Stir one chicken egg in half a liter of water, adding 2.5 tbsp. tablespoons of salt. Sift flour in an amount of 800 grams through a sieve and evenly distribute it on the surface of egg water. Pour the raised yeast onto the flour, after which you will see how the flour passes the yeast foam through it. As soon as this happened, we begin to knead the dough, which will turn out to be very sticky. Remember that it should not leave your fingers (these are the principles of this recipe). But - thanks to these manipulations - you will get unusually airy bread. After the kneading process (about 5 minutes), add vegetable oil to the dough, and then send it to the slow cooker. Bake in baking for forty minutes.

You can come up with your own bread recipe by adding, for example, whole grains or seeds. To get flavored bread, adding spices to your taste is welcome. Enjoy your meal!
