Pizza "Calzone": a recipe for thin pastry for baking

If you took milk out of the refrigerator, then slightly warm it to room temperature, dissolve sugar and yeast in it. Let stand for about 10-15 minutes. Add salt to the flour sifted through a sieve, pour in a liquid mixture of yeast and milk, mix well, and then add olive oil. You should have a moderately thick dough, you need to thoroughly knead it for 5-7 minutes. Next, roll it into a ball and put it in a slightly greased container, where the dough will fit. Leave for half an hour in a warm place. After the base for baking is ready, divide it into 4 parts (the ingredients in the recipe are enough for 4 pizzas), roll it thinly using a rolling pin.
Cooking stuffing for "Calzone": pizza with mushrooms and pickled cucumbers
The filling for this Italian pie can be absolutely anything, you can use everything that is enough for your imagination. Let's prepare the filling of pickled mushrooms and cucumbers. For her, take:
- 1-2 large pickled cucumbers;
- 150-200 grams of pickled porcini mushrooms;
- 300 grams of ham;
- 5-6 medium ripe tomatoes;
- 4 full tablespoons of any ketchup;
- 150 grams of grated hard cheese;
- spice.
Finely chop the ham, mushrooms and cucumbers into cubes; tomatoes - in small slices. Roll out two thin layers of dough. On the first, lower one, put the tomatoes first, after the ham, mushrooms and cucumbers, sprinkle with "Provencal herbs" and then grated cheese.
