  • 500 g of wheat flour.
  • 1 tsp dry fast yeast.
  • 180 ml of water.
  • 3 tbsp. l any refined oil.
  • 1 tsp crystalline salt.

All this is necessary for kneading the dough, which will become the basis for a delicious pie with rice and fish. To make a delicious savory filling, you will need:

  • 2 selected eggs.
  • 2 medium onions.
  • 300 fillets of any fish.
  • 300 g of boiled rice.
  • Greens, salt and spices.
  • Yolk (for lubrication).

This juicy and very satisfying pie is prepared very quickly and easily. Therefore, you can bake it even after a busy day. To do this, you will need:

  • 1 kg of shop puff pastry.
  • 2 cans of pink salmon in its own juice.
  • ยพ cup of rice.
  • 2 medium onions.
  • Selected Egg.
  • Salt, seasonings and refined oil.
