This project captured the audience, and they watched its development for 4 seasons. At the time of the start of filming, the heroes were 17-18 years old. Therefore, they had to "grow up." But how to keep the main name of the series and at the same time transfer it to another level? The creators act simply and at the same time brilliantly, modifying it to “Youth. Adulthood". Thus, they make it clear that we will see characters that we already love, but they will begin to exist in completely different conditions.
The new actors of "Youth" in season 5 were able to quickly and fairly dramatically change the somewhat romantic development of the plot. As a rule, in the series, emotional stress, problems and crises grow gradually, intensifying towards the middle of the season. But from the first episodes of the new "Youth" there are many conflicts. The effect of “adult life” is created where everyone has their own truth, therefore not everyone wants to take into account someone else’s opinion. In many ways, this happened thanks to new heroes.
The main bad guy
What about the new actors? “Youth. Adult life ”first of all mentions Ruslan Zhdanov. This role was embodied by Vladimir Yaglych, who has already appeared in other projects of the STS channel. The image of the impudent and authoritative captain of the VHL team was completely successful for him. Ruslan has influential relatives, namely his brother, thanks to whom he does not lack money. In addition, Zhdanov is not only the captain of the team. He is a leader whose opinion no one dares to question. Together with his brother, Ruslan is involved in illegal financial transactions. Despite the fact that Zhdanov Jr. is married, in his personal life he is unhappy.
Sports life is not going very smoothly. The captain and unconditional leader did not want to put up with the tough measures of the new coach. Since Zhdanov spent much more time in the VHL, at first he easily managed to prove his position. However, other team members gradually notice that all conflicts are dictated only by the personal hostility of their captain, and not by the interests of other players. In the final series of the first part of the series "Youth" (season 5) with a new actor who embodied the image of Ruslan, changes are gradually beginning to occur. Further development of the plot will show whether this character can evolve into a stronger and more valuable player.
"True friend
Any leader always has an ally or friend who helps him in all endeavors. This is exactly what Ivan Savchuk, the best friend of Ruslan Zhdanov and the goalkeeper of the team, does. This role is played by Peter Kislov, who became the new actor of "Youth". Savchuk always and in everything is in solidarity with his best friend. His opinion is rarely different from what Ruslan says. When he decides to replace both the coach and the new guys, then Ivan helps him in everything. In addition, among the visitors there is a young and promising goalkeeper, Bakin, who is ahead of Savchuk in technique. Feeling threatened by him, he does not miss the chance to let go of causticism or provoke Semen.
But friendship does not last forever. When in the interests of the team Zhdanov puts his friend on the bench, he understands the value of their relationship. Savchuk receives an offer to intentionally pass the puck during the match, and he accepts it. Ivan loves his wife and is very concerned about her desires. It was the attention to his wife that made him resort to the help of a private detective, the results of the investigation of which were very unexpected. When a hockey player decides to kick out of a team for a deal with rivals, he gives his former friend ill-fated photos.
Experienced player
The newcomers fell into the team, where adult men are already playing. But among them there is one who is superior to others in experience. This is the defender - Boris Nikitin. So, the list of new actors of the series "Youth" was added to Sergey Gorobchenko. From the very first episodes, the viewer understands that Boris is different from other players. In his behavior there is no ambition, a desire to prove something to others, because he is busy with other problems. At the peak of his career, Nikitin played in the best clubs in the KHL, earned a lot of money, but practically did not participate in family life. As a result, they broke up with his wife, and she successfully married a second time. Boris has a 17-year-old daughter, Masha, whose ex-wife forbids him to see him.
All family strife seriously affected Nikitin’s sports career. He dropped out of the KHL and was only able to return to the team from the VHL. This is a great player who loves his job. Boris is a non-conflict person and treats new guys kindly, helps with advice. By virtue of age, he received the nickname "Old." For his experience and good vision of the game, Makeev appointed Nikitin as the second playing coach of the Brown Bears team.
Terrible outside, kind inside
Appearance can indeed be deceiving. The new actor of "Youth" Timur Efremenkov is an excellent confirmation of this. He plays midfielder George Bushmanov. Static build, loud voice, formidable look - these are the first impressions of this character. Hockey is known not only for great speeds, but also for serious fights. The fight is a violation of the rules, for which its participants are removed from the field. This is often used by coaches. The player who is supposed to provoke the enemy into a fight is secretly called tough guy. It is Bushmanov, or Bush.
This allows him to combine hockey with his passion for fights without rules, where George receives a lot of money. He does not seek to prove his superiority to beginners, but, on the contrary, helps one of them, Ponomarev, develop fighting skills in order to feel more confident on the ice. When Misha quarrels with his wife over participating in illegal fights, Bushmanov tries to explain the whole situation to her and returns to Kostrov the amount by which he was fined for George’s injury.
Star newbie
New actors and the roles of “Youth” do not end there. Another newcomer to the composition of “Brown Bears” was Alexei Platonov, played by Evgeny Romantsov. The team and its management greeted the guy with a standing ovation, since he had already managed to play in the KHL, but dropped out of it due to non-compliance with discipline. A swift career, a beautiful bride, popularity - all this turned Alexey's young and hot head. His behavior is often arrogant, for compliments he is not able to see the hidden contempt of other players.
Former coach
Actor Dmitry Kulichkov appeared in the new season of Youth. He plays the role of Valery Polyakov, head coach of the team from the VHL Electron. It was he who should be replaced by Makeev. Now Polyakov is becoming the second coach, which both him and some team members do not like very much. His work style did not satisfy the club owners who want to see the "Electron" in the KHL. Polyakov does not seek to reach the sporting heights, calmly and measuredly carries out his work. Among the players, he does not have much authority, often turns a blind eye to the misconduct of hockey players.
To preserve his place in the Brown Bears after Makeev left, he asks the team doctor to give players special pills that increase stamina. But he does not defend his point of view.
Forget about Hippocrates
All viewers loved the kind and bright image of the doctor of the Bears - Vasily Gennadievich. In the new season, the creators of the project introduce the exact opposite character - Dmitry Lipkin. He is played by Sergey Stepin. Like Polyakov, he treats his duties without much zeal. Honest sport for him is just a youthful illusion that will not give any results. Such an attitude raises doubts among Makeev, who does not trust the drugs that the guys receive from Lipkin. Distrust offends the doctor, but soon he, at the request of Polyakov, nevertheless gives players stimulants instead of the usual vitamins. Lipkin is fired from the club for such behavior.
Influential relative
The eldest of the Zhdanov brothers, Vitaly, was played by Maxim Drozd. Outwardly, their relationship with Ruslan is quite ordinary: the elder helps the younger one in his problems, saves him from conflicts with his wife, provides money, and gives advice. However, Vitaly is an official who has achieved his position by no means in the most honest way. In fact, he cares about Ruslan’s marriage, only so as not to lose the fund, where he launders stolen money, and his brother’s wife has long become his mistress.
Beautiful half
We met with the male part of the new actors of the series “Youth-5”, but do not forget about the female part of the season. From the very first episodes, the viewer will learn more about the “typical” wives of hockey players. If earlier they were young and modest girls, now we are faced with glamorous women who know their value.
The first of them is the wife of Ruslan, Natalie Zhdanov. Hockey and her husband’s sporting successes are of little interest to her. The main thing is the availability of money to buy your favorite things. She constantly arranges noisy scenes of jealousy because of Zhdanov's betrayals, but this does not stop her from spending time with his brother. Natalie even decides to get a divorce by deceit, but Ruslan learns about this and about her relationship with Vitaly.
The second wife is Svetlana Savchuk (Yana Koshkina). Like her husband, she is influenced by her friend, and largely copies her behavior. Ingenuity is shown only if you want to get a new thing.
Among the new actors of "Youth" can be attributed to Anastasia Ukolova. She plays the role of Maria Nikitina, daughter of Boris. Constant pressure from the mother, difficult relationships with the stepfather and lack of father make the girl run away from home. She comes to Nikitin, but she is not yet 18 years old, and Boris’s ex-wife wants to bring her daughter home with the help of the police. The girl, kind and sweet in appearance, turns out to be rather insidious in relation to Mikhail Ponomarev, to whom he feels sympathy, and deliberately quarrels him with his wife.
New characters in the first half of the season made him interesting and promising. We hope that they will continue to please us!
