Curd cake "House" is prepared surprisingly easily and quickly. After all, such a dessert does not require heat treatment, as well as expensive products. This dish is ideal for a children's party or a regular tea party with family or friends.

How to make a cottage cheese cake "House" of cookies

Essential Ingredients:

  • fine-grained non-acidic cottage cheese - 500 g;
  • sweet dried apricots - 140 g;
  • icing sugar - 1 incomplete glass;
  • dark chocolate without fillers - 1 bar or 100 g;
  • roasted whole hazelnuts - 160 g;
  • fresh milk 2% - 270 ml;
  • butter - 40 g.

To make the cottage cheese cake “House” beautiful, it is recommended to form it on cling film. To do this, it should be spread on a large cutting board. Next, you need to take 12 pcs. cookies, dip them in fresh 2% milk and let stand for just a couple of seconds. If the wet product is wet too much, it will immediately fall apart, and the preparation of dessert will be postponed until the purchase of a new pack of the product.

The cottage cheese cake “House” in its standard version has a size of 3 by 4 cookies. It is in this order that the sweet product soaked in milk should be laid out on a plastic wrap. Next, you need to coat the resulting "cake" with the curd mass. It can be purchased ready-made, but we decided to do it ourselves.

Cream Process

To prepare milk cream, you need to beat the fine-grained cottage cheese with a blender, gradually pouring powdered sugar to it. To make the cottage cheese cake “House” more aromatic and satisfying, dried apricots should also be added to the finished mixture. To do this, dried fruits must be soaked in boiling water, washed thoroughly, and then crushed to pulp using a meat grinder or blender. After that, the sweet orange mass should be put in the curd and mix everything thoroughly.

Thus, on a previously prepared “cake” from cookies, it is required to spread a curd cream with a thick layer. Repeat this procedure exactly 3 times. In other words, you should get 3 layers of cookies, generously greased with a sweet mass. After that, on the middle part of the "cake" you need to lay out a whole roasted hazelnut, and then raise the extreme products with the help of a film and form a kind of "house".

To make the cake look more attractive, it must be coated with sweet icing. To do this, melt the dark chocolate with butter, and then pour the whole dessert over the resulting mass. It is also recommended to decorate its surface with whole or crushed hazelnuts.

The final stage in cooking and serving

When the cottage cheese cake "House" is fully decorated, it is required to place it with the cutting board in the refrigerator. There, the dessert should well harden and absorb the sweet curd cream, becoming more gentle, soft and juicy. After the cake is fixed, it must be removed and carefully moved from the cling film to the cake plate or large flat dish. Next, the sweet product should be cut into portioned portions and served with hot tea.
