  • pumpkin pulp in an amount of 300 g;
  • cream 10-20% in a volume of 100 ml;
  • grated cheese in an amount of 100 g;
  • vegetable oil - 1 large spoon;
  • to taste salt and pepper.

Rinse the meat, cut it into small pieces. Salt, season lightly with pepper. Pour apple juice and marinate for 15 minutes. During this time, peel the carrots and grate it. Transfer to a pan, fill with cold water and leave for an hour. After the time has passed, in a separate container, bring to a boil half a liter of water, put salt and sugar. Pour in the swollen millet. Leave on for 5 minutes. Cut pumpkin pulp into pieces. Dissolve half the specified amount of butter and honey in a pan. Put the pumpkin in them and brown a little. Arrange millet in portioned pots. Preheat the oven to 130 degrees. Slices of pumpkin on top of millet. Cut the remaining oil into cubes and lay on top. Cover the pots with foil and place in the oven for half an hour. Then remove the foil sheets and pour in the hot cream. Put back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
