Many of us are confident that a good day starts with a great breakfast. And most importantly, it should be fast, simple, healthy and, of course, very tasty! Cheese with fruits in this regard is the perfect mix. And from the point of view of dietetics, and from the point of view of the subtlest aroma and excellent taste. The combination of cheese and fruit is good for the body, since the absorption of proteins of the fermented milk product in this composition is faster. Consequently, the energy necessary for a successful working day or study will soon be added. But cheese with fruits can be prepared in different ways (by the way, not only for breakfast, but also as an excellent dessert for dinner, for example). Well, let's get started: let's start cooking?
Sandwiches are our everything!
Who doesn't like to treat yourself to sandwiches? And if these sandwiches can be served as an independent dessert, this is generally delicious. Rather, it will not even be sandwiches, but sandwiches with very tasty toppings inside. Firstly, it will be strawberries + chocolate + French brie cheese . Secondly, a pear stewed in brown sugar is also with brie. And believe me: it will be very tasty - just lick your fingers. In addition, cheese with fruits is prepared very quickly - one, two, three!
A bit about brie
This authentic delicacy was adored by the French aristocracy and royal people from almost the 8th century. This delicacy was presented as an expensive present to the court maids of honor, made to order for the first persons of the country. French brie cheese is a soft product made from cow's milk. Its name comes from a province located not far from Paris itself: it was made there for the first time. Fragrant, delicate cheese is prestigious and famous.

Today brie are made in the countries of the European Union, Australia, the States, but France is traditionally the main producer of this product. This product is saturated with proteins, minerals, and other usefulnesses. It practically has no lactose, however, it retains other components of milk that are nutritious for the body. For this reason, brie is ideal for all those who have lactose intolerance. The bacteria contained in it, help the digestive tract, prevent the manifestation of caries. And the noble mold of the product is enriched with original substances that can protect the skin from burns in the sun, minimizing the risk of skin inflammation and melanoma. Here is such a useful product! Well, we will cook cheese with fruits (morning sandwiches) in parallel: two kinds at once.
Pear with cheese? Original and tasty!
- Let's start with the pear. We need it a little - a couple of fruits. We cut into slices. The main thing is that no bones fall: therefore, we remove the unnecessary. Slices do not have to be very thin, otherwise they just fall apart.
- Now we need to make caramel. We use cane sugar (brown) for this. In it, preheating in a container over low heat, add the prepared pear. Also add a little lemon juice. We need a light citrus aroma: just cut off half a lemon and squeeze it a little inside. To enhance the aroma, you can add a little more zest. By the way, we donβt need it in a sandwich, so you can cut it the way you want.
- Next - everything needs to be mixed in a bowl for impregnation. Our pear is quite soft and juicy, so we wonβt keep it in sugar for a long time. But if you come across a pear of hard varieties, then it is worth a little longer to potter it in a pan while the sugar is still melting.
Strawberries and chocolate: just delicious!
- Let's continue with strawberries. We have it is large enough, and it will need to be well cut. Cut into slices so that they fit into our sandwich. If you have a small strawberry, then just cut it in half.
- We remove everything unnecessary so that the sandwich gets all the juiciest.
- Check how the pear is. Sugar has already parted, we need to stop a little more - and everything will be ready! Lemon emphasizes the aroma of pear and brown sugar. It turns out just great.
- Everything is almost ready, and you can remove from the fire dishes with caramelized slices of fruit. Do not be afraid if the sugar is not completely dissolved. When you bake everything in a sandwich, it will finally disperse.
And now - cheese!
Brie cut into thin slices. It will be quite difficult, because it is very sticky: you need to do this carefully. Why is it recommended to use this particular cheese? Because it goes well with both strawberries and pears. In general, it is often used in desserts, for example, cheese with fruits and nuts (this dish can also be prepared: take a handful of various sweet dried fruits - dates, prunes, dried apricots - and mix with cheese cubes).
Fried sandwiches
Now you can start cooking the sandwiches themselves (for each two slices of bread: top and bottom). You will need a sliced ββloaf, already slightly melted butter. Spread it on bread on one side and put it in a pan. We put on a small fire so that the bread does not burn out, and while we are spreading the second slices: we will turn the sandwich over, so we need to spread both of them. After you can stack the filling. We put cheese, strawberries and chocolate on top (even a few slices are enough). The second variant of the filling: cheese and pear. And cover with bread on top. When the bread is toasted on one side, you need to carefully turn the sandwich over and see what a golden color we have! So is the second design. We need to squeeze the prepared sandwich with a lid: this is a very important point, since we need the filling inside to be hot too. It remains to wait just a minute, and our breakfast is ready.
Cheese with fruit on skewers (canapes)
Another option for a great combination, which is suitable for many events: corporate parties, receptions, sweet tables. There are, of course, plenty of options. We voiced one of the simplest, but very tasty recipes. We need only something: fresh strawberries and French brie cheese. We simply cook: we cut the fermented milk product into triangles, and the berries in half. We stick the strawberries on the skewer first, then the cheese. Set on a dish. We serve to the table. Such canapes are a great appetizer for wine (white) or cognac.
